Aira went down after her quick shower. They will be going to the school for the parent's meeting. It made her excited to attend this kind of seminar for parents because she and Dex were learning a lot from it. They also taught parents how to deal or communicate well with their teen-agers.

She didn't see Lizzie in her room. She must be downstairs already. As always, doing her experiments in the kitchen.

And how right she was . She saw Lizzie removing the last of the fried potatoes from a strainer and draining them with paper towels.

"Hey", Aira greeted her but Lizzie was focused with what she was doing.

"Good morning po Ate", Bona said, smiling at Aira.

"Hmm, it smelled so heavenly here. What were the two of you have for us?", she asked them as she sat and watch Lizzie.

"Haha, my own version of poutine Mommy", she told her proudly.

"Wow! Really?", Aira asked her excitedly

Then Bona was pouring the bacon on the paper towels too to minimize the oil.

"Oh, did it have bacon?", Aira asked her

"My poutine has bacon Mommy", Lizzie said and Bona helped her with the cheese topping.

"Wow! Sinfully delicious, eh?", Aira said, looking at Lizzie's poutine. Not perfect but hey! The girl's just 9 years old, ok?

"Maybe next time, I can put barbecue here Mommy and it will still be delicious", she told her

"Well, you can never go wrong with potato and cheese, yeah? But congratulations Ate. This is is super nice", Aira said as Lizzie smiled at her and took a fork to taste her masterpiece.

"It's delicious Mommy but I think it can still be improved", she told Aira as she gave Aira her fork.

"It's delicious already but yeah, not the same from Tita Irene", she nodded.

Eli joined then and he liked it too.

"You can fry the potatoes and I can just put some tomato catsup and it's delicious already, haha", Eli teased her.

"It's okay Kuya. At least we have breakfast, haha", she said, not really hurt by Eli's teasing.

"Ok. You can wake up Dada now. We'll be going to school in a while", Aira told her and Lizzie went upstairs.

She went inside her parent's room but Dex was already taking a shower.

"Dada, we'll eat breakfast. I made poutine", she shouted as Dex was inside the shower cubicle.

"Naks! Canadian ka nga anak. Sige, sunod na si Dada", he said and Lizzie went down.

"Dada's taking a bath na Mommy", she said.

"Ok. You and Kuya can start now but let's say grace first.

They started their breakfast and waited for Dex to come down.

"Noah's still asleep Mommy", Lizzie said.

"it's okay. He may not take his shower.

When Dex joined them, he was surprised with the poutine.

"Okay to anak ah. May dugong Canadian talaga eh no Mahal?", Dex said

"Yeah. Methinks she got it from Lola Momma", Aira nodded.
