Bry's group returned to the training area at 1:00PM.

Aira checked on the food and everything's fine. She called the children, Bona and Amor. Ate Cha, Jun and his men also joined them.

"I'm sorry that you've eaten late Ate", Aira apologized to her.

"Haha, kumuha naman kami kanina kasi ang sasarap ng food. 2nd round na to", Cha said and Aira smiled. Yes, so far so good.

"I requested for sinigang specifically for Noah. Sarap bebe?', Aira asked him and of course, he was a happy camper

"Saan si Dad?", Dex asked her.

"oh my, I forgot Dad", Aira said dismayed with herself.

"It's ok Mommy. I brought Lolo Dad his food already. Later, we'll bring his vinyl here and we'll dance.

"Ok. That's good for the night cap", she told him.

"Eh bakit andito kayo ni Dex. Akala ko kasama kayo sa training", Cha said

"Hindi pwede Ate kasi dami kong inaasikaso. Hindi ako maka concentrate", Dex said to her

"And I checked everything here", Aira said on her part.

"Atsaka, si Kuya talaga ang team leader dun. Everyday nyang kasama yung mga tao", Cha said and both of them nodded.

"Atsaka Ate", Dex said looking around just in case the children will hear him. Upon seeing that it was safe, he continued. "Para hindi mahiya si Kuya. Medyo may topics na hindi maiwasan, how he run the shop. Para sige, mag all out sila dun", Dex told Cha.

"Kunsabagay. Pero alalayan mo si Kuya", Cha reminded Dex.

"Andun si Kate", Dex said and Cha nodded. Kate is more than enough to handle Kuya Bry.

Inside the training area, Yayo was processing the initial results of the first activity. Masaya naman yung mga lalaki. There are 2 women in the office too beside Kate; the payroll people.

According to Yayo, it was the forming stage where they learn more about each other's weaknesses and strengths, the important roles they were doing in the shop. There will be no small nor big performers inside the shop since everyone was important in performing his or her respective jobs. Accountability and levels of responsibility was different though.

When Aira entered the training area, there was another activity that they were doing. Kate and Kuya Bry joined the activity composed of six groups. She went out again and called on Eli.

"Take care of Noah Dada please?", Eli appealed to Dex and he nodded. Eli went with Aira.

The aim of the activity is to hold a paper between two people. The others will strategize on how these two people will have as many sheet of paper between them following these parameters :

1. The assigned two person will not interchanged in the course of the activity, once they were assigned to do it.

2. One sheet of paper cannot touch another sheet of paper.

3. Each sheet must be touched by the two people only. No paper can be put over his or her head.

4. No adhesive can be used to hold the paper. Strictly just the body parts of the two assigned to do it.

5. You cannot fold the piece of paper.

6. The first group to attach as many pieces of papers in 7 minutes will be the winner. As long as the two assigned to do it are not touching. Only the papers between them.
