The Moon Who Loved The Sun

Love is a war.

Our hearts are to blame

We don't choose to love.

But we often seem,

to suffer the pain

 A new heart in despise.

Loving a girl who won't -

Ever care.

Such a shame for her.

To be so blind

To a heart that loves at this degree

To see a blur

When his love is like the endless sea

A love so wide

 A love so strong

These feelings such a powerful tide

These feelings also were so very wrong

Love that will never be white or black

At least not ever anytime soon

As she pulled and pushed him back

Much like the sea and the moon

Her love was alluring,

beautifully ever-changing

Always fading

and rearranging

Very persuading

She appeared only at night.

She looked towards her universe

to the one who gave her light ,

And so did he

His eyes never left her

As they both thought;

Oh, what a sight to see.

A/N: I don't know what to think of this poem, but I haven't posted in awhile so...
