Izuku and Ochako were at a park, but not any park since it was the one where they first meet.

"It has already been this long, Izuku."

"Yeah, time does fly."

"That's true, but now we can enjoy once again what we had in the past. After all, we don't know what the future may hold."

Izuku frown, "don't say that, you made it sounds like you're going to leave again."

"Oh don't say that," she replied, shuffling his hair with a smile. "I already told that I'm not going anywhere this time."

Izuku smiled back, trying to reassure himself, but his doubts didn't leave. "okay okay, I believe you. Fancy an ice cream," asked the boy as he pointed an ice cream truck that was in the street.

She happily accepted, so the two went to it. Izuku ordered a green tea ice cream while she took a vanilla one. They ate it while walking in the street, enjoying their moment. "By the way, how is going the science project?"

Ochako stoped, "oh crap, I completely forgot about this! When is the due date?"

"In five days," he replied. "You didn't do anything?"

She shook her head, trying not to panic. "I'm done with this, so maybe I can help you," commented Izuku as he pated her back.

"Thank you Izuku, you're a lifesaver."

"That the least I can do for my - girlfriend." This was something that he was still not accustomed to, referring to Ochako as his girlfriend. It felt, unreal, like he did not deserve her. But he was cut short in his thought by Ochako.

"Still, it is nice of you to propose. SO when and where can we meet? I'm not available today up until 5 because I have my self-defence class."

"Ah yeah, that soon," pointed out the green-haired boy. "We can do it tomorrow after school, and you're home."

Normally, she would have tried to push it more to go to his place. But right now, her mind was on more pressing matters, so she quickly agreed. They finished their ice cream, and by now, it was time for Ochako to leave. She quickly kissed her boyfriend and went home to prepare herself for her lesson.

Izuku watched her leave.

"She's using you."

Izuku turned around but saw no one near him. "What the-"

"DOn't you see it? She's using you and will let you down once she gets bored," continued the voice.

"Who are you," asked the boy, not understanding what was happening.

"I'm you, the one not fooled by her sweet talk," continued the voice.

"Wh- whoever is doing this, th-this is not funny. Please stop."

"Fool, the quicker you accept this, the better you'll be. Leave her before she hurts you." Izuku didn't reply and instead ran off.

What was happening to him?

Ochako, who did not witness this, had returned home.

"Hey mom, I'm home," she greeted.

"Ochako, you're bag is ready," replied her mother.

"Thanks," as she picked it up. "By the way, Izuku will be coming tomorrow at 5."

"When we're not here? Are you sure you're not being too bold?"

"Mom, he's here to help with a project that I completely forgot," replied Ochako, blushing a bit.

Ms. Uraraka chuckled at her daughter's reaction, "okay, be sure actually to work."

The brunette didn't even reply and left for her class.

Back with Izuku, he had returned to his room and was confronted by the strange voice again.

"Ready to accept the truth."

"I don't know who you are, but stop bothering me," he replied.

The voice just sighed, "I'm not going anywhere. I am part of you, Izuku, and you're a fool for trusting her."

"Who? Ochako?"

"Yes. Trust me, she's just using you. Who in their right mind would want to date a quirkless like us?"

"No she wouldn't. She's different."

"Is she? Or are you telling yourself that as a fake comfort?"

"No I do believe that. She was always nice to me when we were younger."

"You'll see I'm right one day. And when it does,  don't tell me I didn't warn you." The voice stopped talking.

Izuku fell on his bed, tears in his eyes. He wasn't crying because of the insults of the voice, compared to what he already endured that was quite nice.

No, the problem was no matter how he tried to deny the voices allegations. Deep down, he agreed with them. And it was destroying him from the inside, "no, why do I think like this? She's too nice, and she cares about me. right?"

Shinso wasn't happy, heck actually he was pissed. Why? That's because that fucking piece of trash was happy, that's why. "Tch, I what could Midoriya could have found to think that his miserable life worth something?"

This has been going on for a few months now, and he couldn't stand it. He had to find what was the cause of his happiness and to get rid of it. "Maybe I should keep a closer eye on him."
