Ochako was working late this night, she was alone since the rest of her brigade had already left for the day. Working on coffee, she continued to look at her computer for something. They have been working on the case for almost two weeks now, and they haven't made any progress. Burokkori proved himself to be extremely elusive, always covering his tracks and even taunting them at times. He has yet to repeat his attack on Eneos Holdings, either staying low or preparing his next hit.

Ochako yawn, looking at the clock. "2 in the morning, maybe I should go home," she commented, realizing how tired she was. After turning her computer off, she left her office, signing her leave and went straight back home. Once she arrived, she quickly prepared herself something to eat since she was starving. She also noticed that Yaoyorozu's shoes were currently missing, something that had happen quite often lately. And even if she never truly questioned her friend on her absence, she was curious about where she was at those times.

"I'll ask her tomorrow." She grabbed her dinner and rapidly finished it before going to bed. She was soo tired that she didn't even take time to change herself.

"BZZZZ BZZZZ BZZZZ-" She worked up to her alarm the next (same) day. With a complaint, she dragged herself from bed and, still in torpor, walked to the living room.

"You, you've overworked yourself yesterday," greeted Tsuyu, "here I prepared you this." he served her friend an omelet with bread. "You should rest more if you want to be effective at work."

"Thanks mom," replied Ochako with a hint of humour as she started eating. "It's just that we are going nowhere, and this is infuriating me."

"I know, Tokoyami told me the same."

"What?"

Tsuyu froze and nervously smiled at her friend. "He wasn't supposed to tell me that. Right?"

"No, he wasn't. This is private data, and the commissioner told us to be extra secretive on that one."

"Please, don't be too hard on him. He didn't even say that much," pleaded Tsuyu.

"Okay, I won't go too hard on him," she concealed. "But changing topic, have you seen Yaoyorozu?"

"No, I suppose she hasn't returned yet."

Ochako looks at the time, "anyway, I need to go."

"Okay, by."

Back at the station, Ochako was in a meeting with her brigade. "So, can someone tell me if they got anything for our case?"

The other shook their head.

"Okay, so you know the drill by now."They all went their way to their stations.

Nothing came up, and it seemed that this was going to be another fruitless day of work until.

"Hey, I think I got something," called Monoma. Ochako went up to his desk to see what it was. "So I was looking at the Dark Web, and I saw a site selling of data and some matches the one stollen by our man."

"Great catch, we finally have something," congratulate Ochako. "We need to know who holds this site and the identity of all those furnishing data."

"All of them?"

"Yeah, why not catch few birds with one stone. Tokoyami and Mora, help Monoma while the other keeps searching for something else."

Ochako went back to work with renewed vigour. After all this time, they finally got something. It wasn't much, but she learnt from past experience that even the smallest thing could change the game. Soon enough, Tokoyami went back to her with a form.

"So far, we couldn't get any of the suppliers, but we are still working on it. However, we managed to track the identity of the crook, the guy didn't really do a good job at covering himself up." He then passes the file to the Chief Inspector.

"Kagero Okuta? I've heard of this guy, he is a small-time broker known as Giran. Traffic, extortion, blackmail, theft, this guy got a record as long as an arm. Do we know his current whereabouts?"

"No, he went under the radar since the last time he was released from jail, which was 2 years ago, but another brigade is currently tracking him down. They'll get back to us once they found traces of him."

"Good work." She then went back on the videos of where Burokkori was spotted. She hoped to see something that could help her, someone that was present in every recording. She focused so far on people working on electronic devices, but nothing had caught her attention so far.

"Where are you hiding?"

Soon, Tsukauchi entered her office, "hey Uraraka, you should go home and have a good rest. You have eye bags, and you are constantly dozing off."

"Oh common, it's not that bad. I can perfectly work like this," replied Ochako. Tsukauchi stared at her before suddenly throwing a ruler at her face.

"Ouch, what was that for?"

"Don't try to pretend like you're alright. Now go home and rest before I tell my father that you're overworking yourself again." The brunette grumbled traitor before packing up her stuff. Once she left, Tsukaichi went to see Tokoyami.

"you've warned your girlfriend to make sure the boss takes care of herself?"

"Yes, but Tsuyu is not my girlfriend," replied the dark air man, feeding his pet parrot.

The inspector rolled his eyes, "but why do you bring your pet everywhere you go? Can you just leave it at your place?"

"Dark Shadow doesn't like being left alone, and I only trust myself to take care of him."

"Whatever."

Ochako reached her home, feeling completely empty. "Maybe he's right, I should take a small break." She looked at her calendar to see if she has anything else to do, and she froze when she saw the date.

At the same time, the door opened. "Ah Uraraka your home, " she called, "Tokoyami called me earlier telling me that- you're okay?"

"Do you know what day it is today," she asked her friend without turning.

"Well it is the, oh I see."

The brunette finally turned around and left the flat, "I'll be back."

As she walked in the street, her mind was only on one thing. Izuku. Today was the anniversary of his death, and so she would always visit his grave. She stopped at a flower shop to buy some flowers before reaching the cemetery.

Once she arrived, she just stood still, staring at the gravestone. "Izuku, I miss you so much. You didn't deserve any of this." She put down the flowers, shedding a tear. She stayed few minutes before finally leaving.

In the distance, a figure was observing the whole scene from under a tree. His eyes followed the brunette as she left, and once she was gone he went away.
