Shuri showed the three around the massive building, hugging the side of the mountains of Wakanda. The kid's jaws dragged on the floor almost the entire time.
"Wanna see my favorite part?" Shuri turned to them with an ear-to-ear grin on her face.
"Uh duh," Ned mumbled, admiring the view out the floor-to-ceiling window in front of him.
She lead them deep into the building and down many halls lined with the powerful female guards of Wakanda. Shuri pushed open two massive doors and led them down a spiral staircase. The walls turned into black stone that had hints of purple. Ned, Peter, and MJ were amazed when they saw an enormous sheet of glass that looked over the caves inside the mountains.
"You all have heard of Vibranium, of course? Well, this is where I work with it. Welcome to my lab!" she smiled. "This is where we mine all of the Vibranium out to use in our weapons and vehicles." She gestured to the window.
"This- this is my heaven." Peter spat as he ran to a table with weapons on it. Shuri laughed and continued to explain all of the weapons, devices, and gadgets she makes.
"Hey Shuri," Peter asked, "can I ask you something?"
"Of course, what's up?"
"Well, I was wondering, what makes Draven so powerful?"
She sighed and motioned her hand across a table. A hologram display appeared, visualizing six crystal-looking stones, each a different color.
"These," she began, "are the Infinity Stones. They were created when the universe was created, each containing a different power. There's the Soul Stone," she motioned to the orange stone levitating above the table, "which currently resides in your friend Vision's head. Then the Time Stone," she then pointed to the emerald green stone, "which Dr. Strange has."
Peter, Ned, and MJ listened intently as she continued. "The Reality Stone," she pointed to the red stone, "the Space Stone," she motioned to the blue stone, "the yellow one over there is the Mind Stone, and finally that purple one is the Power Stone. Lars takes his power from that stone. He harnesses it, and on top of his other ability, he is very powerful."
"So he is using the power from a really old rock..." MJ added.
Shuri laughed. "Yes, basically. These 'rocks' are extremely powerful."
"Why did he only take one if they are so powerful?" Ned asked, trying to chip into the conversation.
"No human can wield even one of the stones. Lars can only harness the power of one stone without it being dangerous for his well-being. One person to wield all the stones would be... astronomically dangerous." she shuddered at the thought.

The four teens hung out for the majority of the day.
At last, Peter could feel the numbness fading. He felt alive again; the gaping hole in his chest was finally starting to heal.
They met up with Tony and T'Challa later in the afternoon, after they tore up a large lunch.
"Hey kid, like Wakanda?" Tony smirked at the boy.
"Can we move here? Please? I'm in heaven. Literal heaven." Peter pleaded.
Tony laughed and glanced at T'Challa, who had stepped away when he received an incoming message from Okoya. He returned the glance with a worried look.
"Erm Tony, we have a problem," he muttered.
"What is it." his face fell serious in an instant, and he put his hand on Peter's shoulder.
"Something, something big has entered the atmosphere. It has to be Lars and his army; nothing can create a power surge that strong accept him."
"Well then, a fight is coming, and we sure as hell better be prepared." Stark sighed as he looked at Peter's fallen face. The kid shuffled his feet as he stared into the ground. Ned and MJ looked worried; they had never been a part of something like this, and they were concerned about what they had gotten themselves into.
"Pete, it'll be okay. The Avengers can handle it." MJ comforted him.
"You all will stay in Shuri's lab during the fight. No questions asked." Stark commanded as they headed inside to inform the rest of the group. "No way Stark, I'm coming with you." Peter insisted.
"Peter, maybe Mr. Stark is right about this one. Lars is after you, so wouldn't it be best if you stayed away?" Ned tried his best to convince his friend. Peter scoffed as they entered the common room.
"Avengers," Tony began, "Lars is coming. He is almost here, and he is bringing a fight. This is not a battle we can afford to lose, that I can afford to lose." He glanced at the boy standing behind him.
"We will fight together and take down this son of a bitch for the last time," Tony concluded. The group sat patiently, glancing at Peter every once in a while.
"Let's kick some ass. No one touches our boy." Wanda smiled. The group stood up and left, motivated and ready for the long fight ahead.
They gathered their weapons and suited up, preparing to lay it all out on the line.
"Come with me," Shuri commanded to Peter. Ned and MJ trailed behind as they headed in the direction of the lab. "Stark had me make this for you... just in case. We've been working on it for a while, and it's finally finished, and let's be honest here, we both know you are not going to stay in the lab when everyone is out fighting." She giggled.
Shuri pulled down a large cloth revealing a new suit for Peter. It was completely metal, colored a vibrant red and blue. Out the back, four large spider legs were attached.
"Meet IronSpider," Shuri smiled, "your all-new suit with FRIDAY built-in, a Vibranium structure, and some cool new weapons!"
Peter stood in front of the case in awe. He couldn't believe how amazing the suit looked and ached to try it on. Shuri noticed and laughed, "Go on then!" She reached into the case and pressed a button on her wrist.
The suit collapsed into a bracelet she took off a stand. She put it around his wrist. He looked at her confused and then examined the bracelet. "Put the suit on." she smiled at him. He thought to himself, 'suit on?'.
At that moment, the suit started to form around his body, spreading out of the bracelet. Ned and MJ watched, shocked, as the IronSpider engulfed their friend.
"This- this is AWESOME!" Peter yelled, admiring the web blasters around his wrists. Shuri giggled and began to show him how to use all the features of the new suit. He was more ready than he'll ever be to fight the man who had taken his life from him.
"Avengers," Tony's voice came through their intercoms, "it's time. Assemble."
It was time to fight; Peter's blood began to boil, and he knew that meant Draven Lars and his army were close. He was ready to avenge his family, and he didn't care what it took.
