Y/n and Lyle have been best friends since Y/n was 4 and Lyle was 7.
They are literally side by side, day by day, year by year.
Even though there is a three year age gap between them they are close just like they were the same age.
Y/n is the same age as Lyle's younger brother, Erik.
You would think that Erik and Y/n would be closer but they aren't I mean they are friends but not close.
If Y/n had to admit, she did have a little tiny crush on Erik ever since they were both 12 but she won't ever act on it because of the rules her and Lyle made and bc she knows Erik wouldn't like her back .

Two main rules

Lyle and Y/n made rules when they were younger. Most of them silly and only two of them serious.
Those rules are rule 7 and rule 9 .

Rule seven:
U have to tell the each other ur deepest darkest secret.
In away y/n has broken that bc she hasn't told Lyle about her crush on Erik but it didn't matter

Rule Nine:
Relatives of the other person are OFF LIMITS.
So even if Erik liked her back Y/n wouldn't be able to get with him bc she had promised Lyle and they can't break the rules.

What happens when secrets are revealed?
