Chapter 14
3rd POV

The crowd roars in anticipation as both competitors enter the stadium. 

Izuku calmly stands on his end silently watching bakugo who has a manic grin on his face, but Izuku can see the nervousness from his standing. 

Present mic was of course hyping them up and getting the crowd riled up. Izuku almost didn’t hear midnight cracking of the whip. 

Bakugo shot off and sent explosion after explosion, creating a sort of smoke screen. 

‘Ah, so that’s his plan. Blind me and go for a sneak attack, quite different from his normal fighting style. Well, I do believe these people require a show, and I’m still salty about what bakugo did to me.’

Izuku whipped a hand behind him and caught bakugos fist. Izuku gave one powerful flap of his wings and cleared the smoke in an instant. 

Bakugo wriggled his fist out of Izuku’s grip and jumped back.

Izuku leisurely turned around and yawned.

 “Damn deku! Is this just a game to you?! Take this seriously!”

Izuku stopped and looked straight into bakugo’s eyes. In an instant he was suddenly in front of bakugo staring into his soul, literally. 

For an uncomfortable amount of time Izuku just stared, and then his stoic face turned into a horrifying grin. 

“Ah, you want me to take this seriously~? Alright, I’ll oblige you, Ba~ku~go~.”

I’m pretty sure bakugo just pissed himself. 

Izuku put up an invisible force field just inside the battle ground and began his absolute breaking of bakugo katsuki.

The people in the stands were horror struck by the sight before them. The boy literally nicknamed to be an angel was currently mercilessly beating a boy to a pulp. There were pleads and shouts asking him to stop. The teachers were banging on the invisible force field pleading and threatening him to stop.

Hawks was confused, and slightly intrigued. The sweet boy he met not too long ago was acting atrocious. Almost villain like, hell, he is acting like a villain.

So what happened to him in that short amount of time to act like this? Was he being controlled? 

He wasn’t acting like this before, maybe a little cocky but nowhere near this level. 

If this kid keeps up, he’ll be expelled and probably arrested. 

Wait...

Are...are his feathers turning...black?

Izuku didn’t know when it started. But it sure as shit ain’t ending anytime soon. One minute he was toying with bakugo and the next, nothing. It was like he was waking up but wasn’t at the same time. 

It’s all very confusing. 

His surroundings are even more so confusing. There was no clear floor ceiling or walls, but he could stand, and it felt like he was standing in a puddle. 

He began walking around when a voice called out to him.
