As I put stories, my friends started calling for the details of How I ended up on a trip to Dehra and that they missed me. I missed them cuz now it wasn't possible to be around them everyday. But we promised to each other to meet once every month and I'll make sure I meet them as soon as I go back to Jaipur.
"Wow bro having fun akele akele😑", Trisha replied to my story. Trisha was the first friend that I made when I went away from home. She's a sweetheart and she made sure I feel at home with her and her friends. Then soon her friends became mine too. Life became bearable when I was around such awesome morons. I was missing them hard. I was dying to tell them everything about Shivin and I would have if Shivin was like others I met in past. But he was my cousin so I just couldn't tell anyone about how deeply I felt for him. "I came here for a wedding, no trip so chill.....😂", I messaged Trish. "Ohoo Wedding and all ha... I wish I was there with you Yaan, anyway please keep me updated about all the exciting stuff", Trish replied. "Okay babe<3", I texted.
As I scrolled through insta i clicked on search and typed "Shivin Bakshi" and then restlessly went through every account. Ahh there it was with a profile picture of him smiling with a puppy. Awwwww my heart melted at that beautiful smile of his. Then I clicked on it and found out that it was a private account with few posts and some two thousand followers. So I guess he isn't that active on it. It didn't surprise me at all cuz I saw him busy with work and all the wedding stuff. I wanted to give a follow request then I didn't. I wanted to communicate with him someway or the other. But maybe I'm meant to get him only in bits and pieces. WHYYY ME GOD?
I felt like a fool at that very moment. Being extremely attracted towards a cousin who's going to be soon married. It seemed like I was living in my head full of desires of getting closer to him as much as possible but in reality nothing was ever gonna happen my way and that I'm here just to get my heart crushed. I felt really bad being in such a position where I'm the only one. I screamed in my pillow and tried to sleep.
I woke to my phone ringing to an unknown number and so in sleepy voice I answered "Hello?". I didn't get a reply so I was about to hang up "Um hi Ayaan?", Some guy replied. "Yeah, who's this", I said really slowly as I was very sleepy. "it's Shivin", he said.
