So the reason I'm writing this chapter is because I am once again, trying to lose weight. I'm trying to lose fat and gain muscle. I've been training and dieting for 3 months now and I feel disappointed that I haven't seen any single change.

The thing is. I need to remind myself that this shit takes ages. It takes discipline and patience. It too me more than like a year to lose weight and I didn't see a single change for 5-6 months. It takes so much time. Plus I gotta give myself a break. I'm trying to make this whole change without gyms open. I am a beginner. I don't know right forms. I don't know nutrition.

To whoever's reading this. Have patience. You need so. Much. Patience. So much.
You need discipline. Dedication.

Remember to not hurt yourself to get your goals sooner because you're only doing more harm. Things will fall into place
