The 100 days challenge

This is my challenge. I have decided that for 100 days I'm gonna exercise daily NO MATTER WHAT! (Except the first day of my period Coz that hurts) and follow my diet religiously.
It does matter which month or when you do it..by the end of 100 days you have to reach your goal weight.
I'm scared and excited for this challenge. I'm scared mostly because my exams are coming and I fell like I won't have time. But I will try my best to exercise. I'm also scared of giving up but I feeling I won't.
I won't update every day because nobody wants to read 100 chapters.

This is actually not a bad idea. The thing about it is, take it as a 100 days challenge + 1 month extra.
It takes time and it's hard jumping in all at once and being consistent.
Take a month to set a routine and figure out you're working out strategy before starting this!
