Okay so I'm sorry I haven't updated in a really really long time.
Now
What's been happening these past months. Well I had lost a lot of weight. Like really a lot. Everyone would tell me "omg you have lost so much weight" and it was amazing.
These are the things I did1. I quit non veg
So basically this was mostly for animals but like a month later I noticed that I had lost almost 2 kgs. And I can assure you this was just by quitting non veg.
I've been trying to quit dairy as well because dairy causes a lot of acne and I guess quitting dairy will stop me from eating ice creams, cheese etc.2. I quit cold drinks.
This is really obvious. Like literally coke is full sugar.3. I just ate simple home food most of the time.
I would avoid eating fast food, canteen food in my college, and take out food.4. Every time I felt like giving up I would just read this (book? Wattpad diary? Idk)
5. I would walk places.
Instead of going by car like I usually would, I walked.6. Constant exercise
7. I cut off anything toxic ( people)
I am happy and surrounded myself with people who support me and love me for who I am and will help me no matter what.I had lost almost 15-20 kgs which is the most I have ever done. Unfortunately I gained it all back because my finals started and I stress eat like crazy. I thought that I've already lost weight and it won't come back but it did. But I'm not worried because I did it once, I can do it again.

I hope everyone reaches their goals and that everyone is happy and healthy. I love and I believe in all of y'all. If I could do it then so could you. It's a hard process I'm not gonna lie. I even developed anxiety in the middle and I would get scared to go to the gym and I would cry for an hour before going. But I just put on my headphones and put loud music and just did it.
