Todoroki was walking to the garden. His father had annoyed him so he needed to clear his head.

He didn't know if Y/n was going to be there or not but he liked being at the garden. He entered the gate and closed it behind him.

He walked toward the bench Y/n was always seated at and saw a notebook.

The same notebook she was writing in last time..

She must be here somewhere. He looked around not seeing her presence anywhere.

He looked back at the notebook that was opened on a page. She had written down notes on the page with different markers.

Chrysanthemums

yellow: symbolizes neglect , sorrow
red: symbolizes love

Todoroki looked away from the notebook when he heard the gate open. He watched as the girl walked in holding a basket.

"Y/n"

The girl jumped and looked at where the name came from. "Oh hi Todoroki what are you doing here?"

"I needed to clear my mind.. Why are you here ?"

She rubbed the back of her neck awkwardly "The same reason.."

"I collected some of the flowers that were on the floor to make flower crowns!"

He thought back to the first time they met and when she had made him a flower crown. He still has it in his room. The flowers are obviously dead by now but he wanted to keep it anyways.

He chuckled and picked up a flower that had fallen out the basket. He stood up and pushed a strand of her hair behind her ear then placed the flower .

She grew nervous and looked down. "I'm sorry did I make you uncomfortable?"

"Oh no Todoroki that's not it! I love the flower it's pretty... I'm just awkward" she giggled and grabbed his sleeve. "We should go now it's supposed to rain you wouldn't want to get a cold"

He nodded and they both walked out the garden. He again insisted on taking her home. "How was your day today Todoroki?"

"Not the most enjoyable .. My father was being dumb again but after the garden I feel better"

She smiled at his comment and nodded.

"How was your day Y/n?"

"Uh not the best either my grandmother.. well she smokes a lot but she's sick and I'm just worried"

"She won't listen to you?"

"No she won't but it's okay I can figure it out"

Right as he was going to respond they began to feel droplets of water fall on their skin. "Todoroki you should get home I don't want you getting sick for walking me home"

"No I'll be fine I need to make sure you get home safe we aren't that far off anyways don't worry"

They heard the thunder begin making them both look up to the sky. "Should we wait until the rain calms down?"

"I- are you sure I don't want you—"

"It's okay Y/n let's wait under that building" He pointed toward a flower shop that had a patio with a roof.

They walked toward it already soaking wet from the rain. "We are so going to get sick"

"It's okay" he reassured her.

She watched as a couple ran bye holding hands trying to get home before they got caught up more in the rain.

He looked over at her and looked at what she was looking at. "Y/n"

"Yes?"

He put his hand out in front of him and she gave him a confused look. She put her hand on top of it and watched intently at what his next move would be.

He gently tugged at her hand making her follow him. He sped up his pace until eventually he was running too.

"Todoroki you're going to get sick if we run in the rain!"

"It's okay it'll be worth it.."

They kept running through random streets just laughing and having fun. Not even intending on going home like the couple they saw but just living in the moment.

They had finally made it to her house but she still didn't want to go in. So he waited with her outside in the rain laughing.

They forgot about everyone else around them and were only aware of each other's presence.
