It was late July and UA had been let out on a break from classes for a month. Y/n was going to hang out with Todoroki again today.
She was on her way to meet him at the garden. It was a sunny day . Perfect weather for her flowers.
She saw the boy standing in front of the gate waiting for her. "Hey Todoroki!"
"Call me Shoto"
"Oh okay well hey Shoto!"
He smiled at her and shook his head. "Hi Y/n"
"So what did you want to do today?"
"First you should go check on the flowers .. second I wanted to take you to this place I found"
She nodded and walked into the garden to check on her flowers. Her face brightened up when she saw them. "OH MY GOD THERES A SPROUT! IT IS GROWING"
"Look Shoto look!"
He felt at peace knowing that she was happy even if it was over a flower. He didn't want to see her down like she was a few days ago over her grandmother.
He would do anything to keep her smiling. No matter what it took he wanted to keep the smile on her face.
"Yes the flowers are growing hopefully they fully grow soon"
"Y/n I want to make you have the best break.. I don't want you to be stressed or anything so I promise I'll do this for you"
"Oh my Todoroki you don't have to do that—"
"I want to .. I want to see you smile not just because of me but because I want you to feel at peace"
"I- thank you I don't even know how to make your break good.."
"Hanging out with you already makes it better I don't want to be around my father and you don't want to be home so it works" - Shoto was leading her toward a place he had found on his way home. It was hidden behind a bunch of bushes.
She led her down the path until they made it. She opened her eyes and slightly widened them.
"It's so pretty.."
She looked around at all the vines and hedges that were around a swing that was hanging in the center from a big cherry blossom tree.
"I love it Shoto!"
She ran over to the swing and sat down on it. Gently pushing herself until she felt Shoto pushing her. She smiled and let him do it.
She laughed being overfilled with happiness while Shoto watched her tenderly.
