Todoroki made his way to Y/n's dorm. He wanted to check on her.
He wanted to make sure she was okay. Even if she didn't speak to him he just wanted to make sure.
He knocked on the door and didn't get a response. He knocked again before slowly opening the door.
"Y/n?"
Y/n laid in bed without speaking. He looked around, noticing a mess around her room again. Papers scattered around everywhere. Her clothes on the floor.
He never saw her outside of her room unless she was in class. Even then she didn't really speak unless she had to.
"How are you feeling?"
"I'm fine"
Todoroki again began to pick up the things around her room. "Have you eaten today?"
She shook her head slightly before covering her face with her blanket. "You need to eat Y/n... at least once"
"Not hungry"
He sighed before making his way to her bed and uncovering her. "Give it back," she pleaded.
"Sit up, you have to eat. I'll get something from downstairs"
Y/n sighed in defeat and waited for him to bring her something. She felt guilty. He was still caring for her even though she had been ignoring him.
After a few minutes the boy finally returned with (f/f).
She picked at her food in silence only taking a few bites while Todoroki cleaned around her room. "I don't want to make you uncomfortable but just know I'm here for you if you need something" he mumbled.
"I don't want you to feel alone and I know I can't really do much but if there's anything I can do I'll do it..."
Todoroki didn't get an answer back so he sighed and turned around to leave before he felt her wrap her arms around him.
"Thank you.."
He awkwardly wrapped his arms around her as well letting her rest her head on his chest. He felt himself grow nervous with her touch and thought back to what Midoriya had said.
He looked back at her instantly, meeting eyes with her. She reached up toward his cheek slowly gliding her thumb against it causing him to tense up.
"Your face is red. Are you sure you aren't the one that needs help?" she cracked a small smile making him grow even more nervous.
He had never been in this close of a proximity to her. It felt weird, almost unnatural but he didn't hate it.
"I'm probably going to regret asking this..." she muttered. He looked at her confusedly waiting for her to speak.
"Can... Can I kiss you"
The statement caught him off guard. Y/n? Y/n wanted to kiss him. It wasn't just him who felt that way around her.
It was just a one-sided thing. Except Y/n knew she liked him Todoroki needed help from his friend to understand that he had those feelings.
He nodded slightly waiting for her reaction. Her eyes widened slightly before she quickly shook it off and leaned in to kiss him.
He finally felt their lips connect . It took him a few seconds to finally kiss back but when he did a sense of contentment filled his body.
He felt comfortable in the moment. She felt safe in his arms. Like she had someone else that accepted her for her.
Finally she pulled away looking down unable to meet his eyes. "I—"
"You don't have to say anything Sho... I shouldn't have asked that I'm sorry—"
"Huh?"
They both stared awkwardly at each other . Todoroki chuckled quietly, covering his face with his hands.
"IT'S NOT FUNNY!" she yelled embarrassed by him laughing at her.
"I never said I regretted it Y/n"
"I know but why would you want to even—"
"Because I have feelings for you" he cut the girl off leaving her in shock.
"You what?"
"I said I have—"
"I heard what you said I just feel like you're lying to me"
"Why would I lie.."
"I DON'T KNOW"
