"Are you that dumb Y/n?" Angie scoffed at the pitiful girl.

"I lied I've been lying this whole time"

"I lied because I thought that's what he would've wanted ... of course it wasn't though because the child was you"

"HE— REIJI COULD NEVER CREATE THE LIKES OF YOU"

"I don't understand I—" Y/n stared at her mother with wide eyes unable to comprehend what she was saying.

"Reiji wanted a baby and when I didn't get pregnant I— I knew he would hate me so I had to have a baby somehow"

"So I went with a boy who had loved me and played it off pretending it was Reiji's"

"It wasn't enough to keep him though... it's your fault because you aren't enough! It's because you weren't good enough to keep him around"

Y/n felt her confusion turn into anger. Her entire life thinking Reiji was just her deadbeat father was a lie. Of course he was still a horrible person but he wasn't even really related to her.

"Who's my real dad?"

Angie turned her head looking toward Aizawa causing him to look at her confusedly. "Hey Eraser"

Aizawa looked at her for a few seconds completely lost thinking it was some sort of way of distracting him to let her go. Before the statement settled in and his eyes widened.

"Eraser, you love me right?" the once nice girl asked Shouta.

"Yea.."

She brought herself closer to him leaving little to no space between them. "Prove it"

Not long after the girl moved schools leaving Shouta confused over the one time thing they did. He never saw the girl again. He blamed it on her parents for years until he eventually forgot about her leaving her in the past.

Angie laughed hysterically at the man's confused face. She was mentally unstable ... depending her happiness on Reiji . A man who didn't have a single care in the world for her.

So watching her daughter and the man who truly loved her once crumble in front of her brought her satisfaction. She had succeeded. She had gotten the reaction from them she wanted.

In all honesty she had no clue where Aizawa went after she left. Until he stopped her a few minutes earlier from hurting Y/n. How was she so lucky?

How was the universe on her side? Yea she couldn't have Reiji all to herself but maybe one day he would love her. Maybe now that she got rid of Y/n he would love her.

They would finally be happy and—

Her thoughts were cut off when she felt her arms behind her back and Aizawa's scarf fall from around her.

Her eyes widened realizing what was happening. She was being arrested. She was being taken away . How would she be able to see Reiji now?

"No , No , No let me go I didn't do anything wrong!"

The hero's all simply ignored her letting her scream and plead her innocence and lowered her into the car.

Y/n couldn't speak, she didn't even know what to think. She had known her biological dad this whole time?

She would see him everyday ? Her teacher..

How was she supposed to take all of this so fast? After so many years she just had to accept it was all a lie...

What did she even do ... that the universe was never on her side...

Aizawa glanced at Y/n's confused figure in Todoroki's arms. He had a daughter?

All these years he had a daughter and he didn't know... he couldn't help her

She needed help and he couldn't help her as a father or as a hero. He had failed both his jobs. She had been in such close proximity to him this whole time and he never noticed it.
