For this chapter I'll simply be writing the dynamics or relationships between Logan and the other sides. Each of the following sides are listed alphabetically.

Janus
The first interaction between the two of them was not that pleasant. In Can Lying Be Good? Logan noticed that Patton wasn't Patton, but he got muffled by Janus. Neither of them seemingly liked each other that much. If we go forwards in time it's key to note Janus placed Logan in the back bench away from the rest of the group, probably to restrict his control on the scenario. Overall, these two canonically may not be the best match for each other. However, in fanon the ship is really good (Loceit).

Patton
These two people have been there since the beginning. The first interaction we see between the two is quite simple; an introduction and them speaking in unison. An important thing I would like to note is Logan and Patton are the only two sides not associated with mythology but instead persuasive techniques, Pathos and Logos. Further onwards in the episode Putting Others First - Selfishness and Selflessness Redux you see Patton skip Logan. This would certainly throw a scanner in the works. However, you can see the two of them caring for each other rather well, better than most other sides. Personally I ship Logicality.

Remus
Whilst people in the fandom might think Logan and Remus get along great, it doesn't appear to be the case. Take the first encounter for example; Logan shuts Remus down and actively tries to stop Remus from making much of an impact. Remus shoved Logan's teeth up his nose and attempted to kill Logan. I'd personally be surprised if their relationship was anything but negative. In canon these two would be hard pressed to like each other. However, people do write Intrulogical and have Remus being caring, which is a great dynamic for the fanon. But I don't really see it without changing their personalities.

Roman
Oh boy, this is interesting. Roman and Logan encountered each other before Patton showed up, which is intriguing to say the least. They often fight each other because Roman is more head up in the clouds, fanciful, meanwhile Logan is more grounded and logical. Roman constantly insults and cuts off Logan and is probably the main reason Logan bottles his emotions. I really don't see Logince, although it's fine if you do like that ship. However, that would be a great opportunity for angst.

Virgil
In the first episode Virgil was introduced (Taking on Anxiety with Lilly Singh), we didn't actually see Logan throughout the video whatsoever. The first time they actually interact was in A New Year Of Lying to Myself... In Song! where Logan stated that it was supposed to be his video. Virgil responded with a biting comeback saying 'Get over it. You're the least favourite character and you know it.' And this was in the first episode of them being introduced. No one even defended Logan! They really didn't work well together even to this day. Analogical personally isn't my favourite, although again if you ship it, it's fine.

Take these with a grain of salt, my logic may be slightly flawed. To be honest, every relationship seems to be rather toxic, which really isn't a good thing if you're trying to ship things.

TLDR:
Essentially all the other sides had varying levels of dislike to Logan, between seemingly liking him and attempting to murder him. I really only see Logicality, but it's fine if you ship something else.
