Thomas turned in his sleep. He grabbed his phone, checking the messages he had sent earlier. There was no reply.

Logan rose up. He was posed with a notepad and pen.

"Ah, is there anything more refreshing than a new start?"

"Even if it is a late one."

Logan slide a glance at Thomas, wincing at the state that Thomas was in. Thomas had bags under his eyes comparable to Virgil's.

"New start?"

"Those were the last two words in my sentence, yes."

Logan affirmed, grabbing Thomas. He hoisted Thomas up and pushed him to the door.

"Let's get cracking, Thomas."

Logan turned the coffee machine on. He made coffee; this would be a busy day for him. He felt something grab his leg. He turned around.

"Oh, it's you."

Logan sighed, looking at the huddled figure in the corner. It was Remus, otherwise known as Intrusive Thoughts.

"You know it's on."

"Remus, you couldn't turn anything on if you tried."

Logan groaned. He grabbed the coffee and poured it into a bottle and began gulping it down.

"Ooh! Logan!"

"What? Nothing is on apart from Thomas' and my schedule for the day."

Logan glanced confusedly at Remus. Remus giggled, realising that Logan didn't mean that in the way Remus thought he did.

"Your schedule for the day?"

"Huh, well it looks like your schedule is DOUBLE BOOKED!"

Remus held up a calendar with the following marked on it;

'Call Updog.'

'Take care of Updog.'

and so forth.

"Who's Updog?"

"Dammit so close!"

Remus shrieked, ducking down. For the readers information, it's a similar joke to Joe Mama, Ligma, or Candice, except it doesn't have any sexual meaning.

Logan gave Thomas a colouring book and pencils. Logan saw that there was a knife ricocheting around the kitchen, so he quickly told Thomas to start drawing. The knife flew over Thomas' head and directly into Remus' eye.

"Owww! It's got soap on it! I'm allergic to soap!"

Remus shrieked. Logan smiled and turned back to Thomas.

"Did I leave the door unlocked all night?"

Thomas asked, standing up. He was in a crouched position, like a squirrel ready to run off at the slightest hint of danger.

"Well it sure looks that way. Thankfully nothing came of it-"

"OH GOD! ANYONE COULD'VE COME IN, IN THE DEAD OF NIGHT!"

Thomas looked exactly like Virgil in that moment apart from the clothing. Thomas brought his hands to his mouth, sinking down. He was shaking and his breath came quickly in a raspy tone. Thomas collapsed to the floor, overcome with fear. Logan sat on a chair, reading a book. He looked up at Thomas.

"That's statistically unlikely, you've checked. A lot."

Logan reassured Thomas. Thomas felt the fear leave him. That was true, right. Remus hissed from the other side of the room. He had prepared a trap for Thomas from the closet; when Thomas opens it, it sends a fake serial killer out and pretends to stab Thomas to death.
