** Mirror Rose**
Running to my room with a panting Luke behind me along with my mother yelling at me that I'm in heels and a dress I need to be careful. I could careless what I'm wearing at the moment, all I cared about was getting to my room to see if the people who took my father left anything behind explaining why or just how I was going to get him back. My father may have been an ass for almost all of my life but knowing what he went through with my mother the tables have completely turned. No matter how our relationship was before, no one should be taken for something that wasn't there fault. Even if it was my mom, I would do anything to get her back.
The halls weren't empty if your wondering and yes I Am getting starred at like I'm a maniac but at the moment I could careless.
"Mirror slow down," Luke wasn't far behind but I'm not stopping for anyone. I needed to get to my room.
When my room was in sight, something on the door caught my attention making me stop a bit to fast well for Lukes liking anyway. He must have not been paying attention because he bumped into me. "Mirror, really?" Ooops...
Shortly after my mother joined us, her eyes catching exactly what caught my attention.
Could these people be anymore like a movie, how cliche.... let me tell you why. A note was taped on the door ,folded, so no one could see what was written inside unless you opened it. Cliche.. right?
"You have got to be kidding me," I pulled the note off the door, not caring if I ripped it or not. "Dumbass people. "
"Mirror language. " Great!! A perfect time for her to practice her parenting skills. I shot her a glare.
"Okay let us take this into the room. " Luke opened my door. Wait!! That was locked when we left. Our mouths dropped at the sight when the door was completely opened; my room was in complete chaos. Clothes, shoes, makeup, and anything else someone could think of was on my floor and bed.
"Holy shit!" My head snapped to my mother as she finished her sentence.
"Really mom." How can she tell me to watch my language when she said that.
"Oops sorry, " her hand flew to her mouth with wide eyes.
Kicking stuff out my way, I made a path to my messy bed. My frustration was indescribable, so instead of shooting daggers at the mess in the room I focused my attention on the note. Unlike the movies, the note wasn't asking for ransom, no threats about anyone or any indication of harming or killing anyone but it simply said 'Expect a Phone Call'. What the hell does that mean?
"Mirror what does it say," I showed my mother the note and her confusion was asked clear as mine.
"Im not sure what to make of this." She said while moving the stuff off of the computer chair.
"That makes two of us."
Luke started to pick up my clothes that were on the floor along with my books. Its like they came here looking for something but realized it wasnt here than they decided to trash my room. Jerks!!! Whoever did this is gonna play... big time.
"Luke you don't have to do that." I got off my bed and made me way to where he was picking up what looked like my jeans. "This isn't your mess to clean up."
"Mirror I'm apart of this too. " This wasn't his battle to fight. We both knew that but the fact that he hasn't ran away from all this still amazes me. I still haven't talked to him about me leaving yet, now with what happened to my father its hard for me to decide when the right time will be to tell him.
After hours of cleaning up my room we all were exhausted, my mother asleep on the chair, Luke stretched out on my bed and me starring out the window letting my thoughts process what happened in the last 24 hours.
