BETH: Oh my fucking god!
Beth out her hand in her side as Kelly ran up to her
KELLY: Let me have a look
Kelly lifted up Beth's top. The bullet had only skimmed the side of her waist
KELLY: You're okay! The bullets just grazed your skin
BETH: What about Shaylynn!
ANTONIO: I've just called 911! She's still breathing! SHAYLYNN!!
SHAYLYNN: Antonio! Call Jay!
Beth and Kelly were by her side in seconds. Shaylynn sat up then began to take off her jacket. There was a bullet proof vest which she removed.
KELLY: Have you been hit?
SHAYLYNN: I don't think so! But I feel bruised!
ANTONIO: The paramedics can give you the once over!
Shaylynn looked at Beth
SHAYLYNN: Beth, you're bleeding
BETH: It's just a scratch! I'll be fine!
Shaylynn stood up
SHAYLYNN: Of all the hotels in Chicago to stay in!
KELLY: Tell me about it!
BETH: This was supposed to be a romantic night away!
SHAYLYNN: Oh there's still time!
BETH: Anyway! What was that all about?
SHAYLYNN: You know I can't discuss cases with you!
BETH: Well I've been shot so you owe me!
SHAYLYNN: Not my fault you got in the way!
BETH: Tut! Antonio will tell me!
ANTONIO: Leave me out of this!
BETH: Well how boring are you?!!!
Antonio laughed
Just then Hank appeared
HANK: Did they get away?
SHAYLYNN: Yeah!
HANK: FUCK! (Shouting)
Beth grinned at Hank
Hank noticed Beth and Kelly
HANK: What are you two doing here?
BETH: I've been shot!
HANK: Is it bad?
KELLY: It's just a scratch
BETH: I've still been shot!
HANK: Are you two staying here?
BETH: We were. I think I'd like to go home!
KELLY: No. We'll change hotels!
BETH: We can stay in one of mines then!
Two hours later they were in Hyatt Place, one of Beth's hotels.
Beth lay on the couch and stretched out her legs.
KELLY: We were in here last week. They kept having problems with the fire alarm!
