BETH: I'm going to see!
KELLY: I'll open the door
BETH: You go and sit with your brother!
KELLY: He's on the phone!
Beth and Kelly walked out into the front hall. Car headlights shone through the glass of the front door. Kelly made a dash for the door which made Beth laugh.
BETH: You're an asshole!
KELLY: Watch your language (laughing)
Beth managed to get past Kelly and opened the front door.
BETH: Beat ya! (Laughing)
She turned around and gave him a kiss.
BETH: Love ya!
Jamie got out of the car then the front passenger door opened. A woman got out.
BETH: Hey brother! I haven't seen you in ages!
JAMIE: Beth!
Beth looked at his friend
BETH: Hey! I'm Beth!
KIRBY: Hi there! I'm Kirby! Nice to meet you!
Jamie smiled at his sister then Kelly
JAMIE: Hey Kelly!
KELLY: it's been too long! Come on in and meet my brother!
JAMIE: Brother?
BETH: We have brothers popping up everywhere! (Laughing)
Kirby laughed
BETH: Come on in!
They walked into the house
KIRBY: Oh my god! Look at this place!
JAMIE: Told you!
KELLY: We'll go into the living room.
Beth grabbed a hold of Jamie and pulled him into the kitchen
BETH: What's going on? Are you two together ?
JAMIE: Em, yeah!
BETH: But how? I thought you were gay?
JAMIE: So did I! But I guess it's all about meeting the right person! She's amazing Beth! She has these cute little freckles! Oh my god she's so amazing ......
Beth laughed
BETH: You have it bad! She looks real nice! But why did her parents name her after a hair grip?
JAMIE: What? (Laughing)
BETH: A Kirby grip?
Jamie looked confused
BETH: A Bobby pin!
JAMIE: Shut up! (Laughing)
KELLY: Beth! Where are you? (Shouting)
BETH: We'd better get in there! It's so great to see you!
JAMIE: You too!
They gave each other a hug then walked into the living room. Tom was standing outside of the french doors on his phone.
BETH: What do we owe the pleasure anyway?
JAMIE: Well I can't find my keys to the apartment so I thought you might have a spare set?
