He stood up and looked around for Beth. She was busy parking up her Bugatti so he walked over to her.
KELLY: Beth! I could hear the engine a mile away!
BETH: So!
KELLY: Have you got a death wish?
BETH: You're not leaving me Kelly!
He just stared at her, tears were running down her face.
KELLY: Keep the baby!
BETH: I can't!
KELLY: Keep the baby Beth! This will be so good for us!
BETH: it's the last thing we need! (Crying). I'm so scared right now, you have no idea!
He put his arms around her and pulled her close.
KELLY: I swear I'll wrap you up in cotton wool!
He kissed the top of her head
BETH: Kelly, something will happen, I know it will!
KELLY: Nothing will happen baby!
He looked into her eyes
KELLY: I hate seeing you cry like this
He kissed her slowly on the lips
KELLY: Come on, get in your car and follow me to the Firehouse
BETH: The Firehouse ? Why?
KELLY: I want you to talk to Gabby
BETH: Why?
KELLY: Trust me. I love you.
BETH: I love you too
He kissed her again
KELLY: Lets go! And you follow me, no speeding!
BETH: You're such a spoil sport
KELLY: Just do what you're told woman!
Ten minutes later they were at Firehouse 51. The trucks were still there which was a good thing. Gabby and Sylvie were busy cleaning the ambulance. Sylvie saw Beth and Kelly first.
SYLVIE: Hey you two! (Smiling)
Gabby turned around to look
GABBY: Hey guys, what are you two up too ?
KELLY: I want you and Beth to have a chat
GABBY: A chat? About what ?
BETH: Kelly! (Annoyed)
KELLY: In fact, get in the ambo
GABBY: What!?
KELLY: Get in, you too Beth!
SYVIE: What's going on?
Gabby climbed into the ambulance.
GABBY: You'd better get in Beth
Beth climbed into the back of the ambulance and Kelly slammed the door shut.
Gabby looked at Beth.
GABBY: What's going on?
They both sat down
BETH: I'm pregnant
