Jungkook felt that Tae was shivering in his hold so he pulled away. The breeze was colder as it was already past midnight. It was then, when he saw that the omega was wearing a thin layer and he was barefoot. Without a single warning, he picked up his mate in bridal style.

Tae gasped quickly holding Jungkook "What are you doing"

"You are cold. Let's go inside" Jungkook smiled making Tae's heartbeat fast.

Jimin, Jin and Jiwoo giggled seeing them like this. Their mates behind them, smiling ear to ear. They quickly moved away as they saw Jungkook coming with Tae in his arms. Everyone hid behind the pillars and peeked at the mates.

Jungkook brought Tae to his room and placed him on the bed. He then took the slippers and placed it below his feet and then proceeded to cover the omega with a shawl. He turned on the heater and crouched near the omega. Tae blushed looking down.

If you ask Tae, why did he suddenly kissed Jungkook, he won't be able to answer that. He doesn't know why he felt like kissing the alpha or from where did he get the courage, but he just let his emotions guide him at that moment which he doesn't regret.

Maybe after the reading the letter, he could feel Jungkook's genuine feelings in every sentence. He doesn't know if he supposed to take it slow or not, but for him, the moment just felt right. But at the current moment, he was shy to even look at the said alpha.

"Are you okay" Jungkook worriedly asked caressing the omega's cheeks which were cold and red. The alpha although was shy too but he was more concerned about the shivering omega.

"I-i am fine" Taehyung almost said n a whisper. Jungkook sat up beside his mate. For a few seconds, they were silent, slightly awkward but a comfortable one. All of a sudden, they felt like they couldn't form proper words. Jungkook was rubbing his hand which the omega noticed.

Tae held his hand making the alpha glance at him. "Thank you for your gift. I love it" He said showing the letter. Jungkook blushed feeling embarrassed. "I-i am glad" He said in a whisper.

"Why were you standing outside" Tae asked because he thought the alpha fell asleep. However, in his heart he was happy that the alpha didn't sleep or else he couldn't have made this courage later.

"I-i wanted to thank moon goddess for something that's why I came out" Jungkook said looking at their intertwined hands.

"For what ?" Although he was shy, he couldn't help but ask. They need to talk about everything, even if it is something embarrassing.

The alpha's dark orbs that were full of love locked with his mate, as his lips whispered "For making you my mate. I am so happy that you are my omega"

Taehyung smiled with his shining eyes. His ears repeating the sentence that his alpha just said. V was giggling and blushing inside him. The young Taehyung would have loved to hear this. But now this adult Taehyung is not less happier because he knows that this time Jungkook was sincere.

He hugged Jungkook once again. The alpha caressed his head hugging him back. Their hearts beating in harmony.

After staying in each other's embrace for a few minutes, they both pulled away unwantedly. Jungkook kissed Taehyung's forehead and wished him good night before leaving for his room.

Tae laid down in his bed after the alpha left. His fastening heartbeat and wide smile were evident. The audience outside heard everything and happily went back to their room.
