Chapter 1

The moth base in the prison where many zombies and honkai beasts are held in a transparent room, the boy was also kept in there. After a few minutes, he began to show signs of waking up. The boy's characteristics are like the color of his eyes was blue like a sky and his hair is dark like a night sky. His age resembled a 13 years old boy but He behaved like a child who didn't appear to know what was going on.

???: "...."

Dr.Mei: "Are you ok?"

When he turned around to see where the sound came from, he saw a woman dressing in a white coat outside the transparent room. She had long dark blue hair and her face looked nervous looking at him, the boy did not know what to say to her.

"Who are you? Where did you come from? How can you find yourself in an egg?"

"...."

"Being silent is not something to take lightly. Not speaking may make you appear hostile to us."

"...."

"Can't you speak?" She asked."

"...."

The boy just looked at her silently.

"...it seems he can't talk or doesn't want to."

"Do you know this?" Dr.Mei showed him a tablet and a picture of an egg was shown to the boy, but the boy didn't seem to be affected by the picture. Upon standing up, he noticed that his hands and feet were both chained, making it difficult for him to move at all.

"I'm sorry we didn't know if you were dangerous so we tied you up."

"If you can listen to us and explain who you are, we can release you."

"So can you please tell us who you are?"

Looking at him again, the boy appeared to be completely ignoring her. The boy sits down in complete silence, not knowing what to do next. A few minutes later, another voice comes from her tablet.

Scientist 1: "Dr. Mei, have you asked him already?"

"I am sorry, can you give me 10 minutes please?"

"Dr. Mei can you come to us."

"Wait, I can make him..."

"Dr. Mei we need to talk now."

"...yes."

She looked at the boy for a moment and went away. Then the room started to release gas, the boy fell asleep immediately when he smelled it.

As she entered the room where they are, she saw many scientists watching the boy from the surveillance camera.

Scientist 1: "Dr. Mei, do you know who he is and what kind of monster is he?"

Scientist 2: "Why are we asking him anyway shouldn't we call the MOTH soldiers and dispose of him now."

Science 3: "Maybe we ought to take a look at his body as he might have a secret that we don't know."

Dr.Mei watched those people who were engaged in such behavior.

Dr.Mei said "Why are you trying to kill him, he's still a child? He might just be human, he has no signs of any houkai infection."

Scientist 3: "Are you insane? Do you think he is human when he appears from that giant egg, especially if his mother is an alien or a houkai?"

Scientist 1: "It's true, but we do not know whether he is dangerous or useful to us. We need to know what he is, we need to find out why he is in the egg, and if he is not a human then we can kill him, autopsy his body and make use of it."

Scientist 2: "I don't even dare to check his body in case we get infected by him."

"Stop it," Dr.Mei said, "If you are too scared, I'll do it for you."

"What do you mean?"

It means everyone can quit since I will take care of him on my own!"

She stared at them angrily and they watched as she went towards the door.

"Suit yourself, If you die, Kevin might be unable to survive without you," said Scientist 3.

When she was outside she saw a white hair man waiting outside the door. It was Kevin who was waiting for her.

Kevin, "That woman is annoying. Mei, what's wrong?"

"It's fine Kevin, it's just that I've been working tirelessly on this project for two years now so I'm annoyed that they intend to throw it out."

"It's okay you had done well."

"Thank Kevin, but when were you here? Are your missions done?"

"Yes, I am done and I've just arrived just a minute ago when you talked about taking care of him. Mei, do you want to help him?"

"....I don't know, but Kevin I wanted to help as many people as I can if he's a honkai beast. I want to befriend him and make him our allied"

"Mei you..."

"But, if he attacks us, you will protect us right?"

"Don't worry," Kevin told Dr.Mei, "I'll be here for you as soon as you need me."

Kevin held her hand and Dr.Mei seemed glad to hold him as well and his face was forming his way to hers.

Scientist 4: "Dr. Mei, it appears the boy has awakened again. What are you doing?"

Dr. Mei and Kevin are shocked and begin to back away.

"Right, I'm going to check on him right now. Kevin, maybe you should rest too. Let's meet again tomorrow."

"...ok."

Kevin stared at the person who annoyed him before walking away.

"Did I offend him?"

"Yes, you did."

As the scientist stood there in fear, Dr. Mei left him alone.

She knows many people are scared and don't trust him because of the things he did in the war, such as killing non-infected people and hunting criminals. Yet she knows that they are the bad ones who tried to hurt innocent victims, and many people are being judgmental by not understanding the situation.

"What am I going to do with the child?" Dr.Mei has no experience in dealing with children. Her cousin had the same age as the child but she had not seen them for a long time.

"Should I bring something?"
