Chapter 12

Kevin looks satisfied after getting three tickets. He realized that his way of doing things was wasting time so he decided to buy the tickets from people who brought them. A half-hour after he received the tickets, he went in search of Mei and Ryuu but didn't find them. His phone was blocked so he wanted to ask Su to call Mei where they are. He receives a phone call before picking up the phone, it was Mei who call her. Who shows a cheerful expression and answer the call.

"Mei, where are you now? I just brought the tickets half an hour ago. I apologize if I angered you. Could you please forgive me?"

"I'm not mad anymore, but I want you to come to the XXXX location as soon as possible, we have trouble here."

"Trouble? Mei, did something happen? Are you with Ryuu now? Has that organization found you?"

Kevin knows that there are other organizations wanted to catch Ryuu. According to the report, one of the founding members of MOTH left the organization with the information of the egg location and made a new organization called TOWER (To Overthrow Herrscher). The TOWER was interested in using the powers of Herrshers, and the Honkai Beasts.

The MOTH discovered that the egg was in the cave under the South Atlantic Ocean, but it was already in TOWER's possession. It was because of Himeko's Squad that the MOTH defeated the TOWER and got the egg. The TOWER didn't give up and wanted to take the egg, so they fought for three years. The TOWER must have found that Ryuu was born from an egg and is attempting to capture him so the MOTH didn't want to let Ryuu go outside. However, the MOTH found that the TOWER didn't attack them anymore and seemed to be busy with something else.

Kevin believed that if someone is troubling Mei then it must be the TOWER. Kevin wanted to contact the MOTH backup for assistance to help Mei immediately before it's too late.

"Are you talking about TOWER? No, I and Ryuu are fine. I almost forgot, Kevin, can you bring 10kg of flour and 5kg of pork meat with you when you come here."

"Wait, what floor and meat? Mei, what are you doing?" Kevin found that what he thought was wrong. Mei, are you cooking something?

"Ryuu you can take them out now. Okay, I'm busy here; come here when you buy them."

The Phone was off when Kevin wanted to ask her again. Kevin purchased what Mei wanted and went to see her, to find out what she was doing. After reaching the place where Mei is, he found that ten people are standing in the line in front of the food cart. A beautiful woman gives the plastic bag to the people smiling, and two young girls are making meat buns. A young boy was watching the two steamers with great interest. 

"Kevin, you're here! What are you doing standing there? Come and help us." Dr. Mei found that Kevin was looking at her so she called him out. It turned out that the beautiful woman was Mei.

"Have you bought what I ask? All right, you brought them. Go give these to those two girls over there and help them if they ask you."

"Mei, what are you doing? Who are those two girls?"

"I will explain later, Kevin. Go now I'm busy here. Also, you have to listen to them and don't make trouble to them."

Kevin was pushed away by Dr. Mei as he walks to those two girls with a dumb face.

Kevin looked at those two girls and found that they are twins. Nuwa looked at the white-haired man who is coming and excitedly said "Are you Mei's boyfriend? You do look tall and handsome, as she said. Are you here to help us?" 

"Did Mei said that hehe..." Kevin scratched his face in shyness. He is happy to hear that Mei was praising him to them. He was praised by many girls in his school days, but he didn't feel anything to their praise, but Mei was different.
