Two Weeks Later

"Well, I suppose it's time to go." I meet with my peerage and prepare to leave the Demon Realm. 

"How do you think it will go?" Basara asks me.

"If I knew I would go by myself," I respond. "Thankfully I know that with you all I know that things will go a little bit easier, but I don't have any intent to cause a scene. I can only wonder if Sirzechs will appear to defend his sister, but I'm not going to harm anyone. If things get violent can I ask you all to stand by me in whatever will come?" Yuki comes my way.

"Of course Y/N, we're here for you through it all."

"That's correct," Chisato agrees. "We wouldn't have joined you if we didn't deem you worthy of being our leader. With everything that you've done for demonkind, there's no reason why we shouldn't support you." Before she can continue Mom and Dad walk into the room.

"Are you sure this is a good idea?" The worry in Mom's voice is apparent to anyone around, but I know what I have to do. I go to her and give her a hug.

"Mother, you always worry too much. I'm not a little kid anymore, I can take care of myself. I'm not going to be alone either, so there's absolutely nothing for you to worry about." Dad comes over and shakes his head.

"Come on Elizabeth, let him go." She hesitates for a minute before she releases me from her grasp, a tear slowly falling from her eye.

"When did you grow up so fast Y/N?"

"When I found out I was going to become a father I guess. Speaking of which I should probably go check on her." I run to my room and see Serafall laying in bed eating some ice cream which causes a smile to hit my lips.

"Is something funny Y/N?" I kiss her on the cheek.

"You're funny, I thought you knew that." I grab her hand. "We're heading off, wish us luck." She holds on tighter.

"Please come back safe Y/N."

"I will, I promise you." With that she lets my hand go and I rejoin the rest of my peerage. Once we're together we teleport back to my home in Kuoh, though once I arrive I notice that the house is entirely empty. I guess Dad knew that we wouldn't be coming back to live here so he cleared it out. I may not have stayed here very long, but I will miss this place a bit. Looking over the Kuoh horizon I notice the house that is clearly out of place compared to the rest of them and determine that it's Issei's. "Who would have thought Sirzechs was that big of a fan of the Red Dragon Emperor?"

"We'll be there on your signal Y/N." I turn back to my peerage and nod before leaving and making my way towards the Hyoudou residence. Once I arrive I knock on the door and am greeted by an all too familiar face.

"It's been a while Koneko." Her face changes from her common neutral expression to a sad one with tears in her eyes.

"Y/N, you betrayed us." I crouch down in front of her and take her hand, which she hesitantly accepts.

"Kitten, I never meant to make you upset. Please, allow me to explain myself to you all and prove that I'm not the monster that I've made myself out to be. I know that I've made countless mistakes, but part of making mistakes is atoning for them." I let her hand go and move my hand to her face to gently wipe her tears away. "Koneko, please say something."

"I don't know what to say," she responds. "Come on in." I follow her inside of the house and look around. Sirzechs really hooked Issei up with some nice digs. Hell, this house might be as big in square footage as our castle in the Demon Realm. Koneko leads me to a wide room with multiple couches on it, and inside of the room sits Rias' peerage, minus Issei.
