Chapter 10
Crymsin's POV
Archson stayed on the room while his family gone outside again. I can't really move my legs and I'm happy that my eyesight we're back again but still, I can't move my legs and it's pretty heavy.
“Crymsin we will drive you home later,” I was shocked at first so I turned quickly to his direction. “Kuya will drive your car, just tell us what's your address and we'll drive you there,” My eyebrows furrowed.
“Is it necessary? You're family don't have any schedules or important meetings to attend to?” I asked not wanting to be a burden or something.
“We don't have any schedules in the mean time since it's our family dinner and we are on leave. Any minute from now we'll arrive to the harbour and you'll go with us since you still can't move your legs,” I nodded staring at the ceiling.
“I can't really feel my legs right now but everytime I try to use or move it, my bones feels like trapped and we're just a bar of iron in here. I look like a disabled person,” I mumbled closing my eyes. “Same things are happening in my eyes, I feel something heavy trapping my eyes,” I said opening it again.
“I might be scolded later because I broke my lenses,” I said as I felt arms wrapped around me. “Morning, Xan,” I mumbled as he smiled. “Any dreams?” I asked.
“Yeah, I saw mom in there. She said I need to be a good boy for granny and for all of you. She said I should protect you,” I stared at him confusedly. “I saw her beside you just now,” I giggled.
“Glad you saw her then. Go brush your teeth,” I mumbled as he stood up jumping onto the bed and running towards the bathroom to brush his teeth.
“Jackson said you should call him after you woke up. Call him he's quite worried about you,” Archson mumbled giving me my phone. I dialed Jackson's number.
[“You are awake. How's sleep?”]
“I'm basically a disabled person right now,” I said with a flat expression. I heard a spat from the other side making my eyebrows furrowed. “Why does everytime I call or you call, you are always eating?” I asked.
[“I'll fetch you on the harbour,”] He mumbled as I heard heavy breathing from the other line. He's probably running to get ready now.
“No, Arch said he'll give me a ride going there. You're sure that you have no appointments right?” I asked Archson again as he nodded. “Yeah, they don't,” I mumbled again.
[“Say my thanks to him,”] I hummed.
“Jaze's fever?” I asked as I heard a cough there. “He caught a cold and now he's coughing? Why was he coughing though? Where did he caught that?”I asked once again.
[“Dunno about that guy—I need to go and cook food since he can't,”] I hummed saying goodbye.
“Carry you in my arms or piggy back?” I stared at Archson in disbelief. “What? You want me to support you when you can't even reach my ear?” I glared at him.
“Archson—I didn't say anything about bullying my height! You gigantic stone!” I mumbled as he positioned in front of me. “Fine? Where are we going again?” I asked as he said on the car. I reached out to his his shoulder but I was shocked when he suddenly pulled me and suddenly stood up making me close my eyes and grab onto his neck tightly. I felt like I was going to fall.
