Chapter 24
Crymsin's POV
“I'll just drive you on where are you going. I have something to buy on the mall so...mom let me,” I said carrying her bag and documents for her.
“What are you gonna buy on the Mall though?” Dad asked as I turned to him giggling.
“I'll buy some gelatin and try not to destroy the kitchen,” I said smiling as he shook his head in disbelief. “Dad, why are you not even believing me!?” I asked as he laughed soundly going inside the car while mom was already in there laughing on me and dad's conversation.
“Cause the last time you tried to cook you burner two pans and burned five actual recipes of food before we even taste it,” I pouted starting the engine as they laugh at my reaction.
“I'll teach you how to cook some other time but Mattew would gladly teach you how,” I nodded.
“Matt has some golden hands in cooking,” I said.
“What happened to your arm? It's bandage thickened? We saw that the other time but I thought it's just from your clothes but now...” Dad asked as his eyebrows furrowed.
“I had a motorcycle accident because of a drunkard on the streets,” I said smiling as dad nodded but seconds later a loud 'What!?' boomed on the car. “I'm alright, I twisted my leg but Zach properly positioned my dislocated bone again and bandaged my wounds. It kind of bleeds when I put on some more pressures in it,” I said as he calmed down. “Relax dad, I will always go home safe and alright,” I smiled reassuring him as he nodded with an eyebrow and worried expression.
“Where are we going again?” I asked.
“Meihan Company,” I suddenly stopped the car making them shock and worried as I just smiled reassuring them that I'm okay but heck! I'm not!
I was worried yet we just talked to each other with random topics and me being me was too embarrassed talking about how much I blow up our kitchen just five years ago. I actually wanted to learn how to cook but it ends up wrongly.
“Bye mom, Bye dad, good luck!” I said putting my glasses on properly.
I was too nervous that I was trembling badly. “Yeah, we'll go now! Be safe driving,” I nodded starting the car again driving. Oh gosh! I then hurriedly pulled the break trying to calm myself.
“Calm down, they are just having business!” I said slowly breathing until I calmed down just to drive to the mall.
I was in the middle of the road where the Mall is actually located when my phone suddenly rang. “Mom? What's up?” I asked still driving. “I'm on the middle of the road, wait,” I mumbled parking my car on the sidewalk.
[“Sweetie, is my documents on your car?”] I froze seeing mom's documents on the shotgun seat. [“I need those, Crymsin, will you spend a minute going here. I'm in the middle of the meeting and I need those. We're on the last office on the last floor,”]
“O-Okay, I'll be there,” I said being all pitiful towards mom who worked hard for the document last night. “I'll be there just wait for me a minute,” I said crying inside. I hung up. “Why am I experiencing all this shits!?” I mumbled totally driving back with my car in an accelerated speed.
“Why is my life so much of a hell!” I mumbled parking my car near the building and pulling my pants up and putting all the documents on my big shirt revealing my bandages. “Let's go!” I said running towards the staircase with the documents.
My gelatins, sugar and cookies!
I opened the office revealing mom and dad on the couch as I gave all the documents to mom. “Thank you sweetie, stop moving,” She mumbled confused of why I was walking like I am running.
“Do you need something else, mom? I mean I really need to—”
“Yeah, I'll give you your wallet,” I stopped looking at her confusedly. “Your brother told me to carry it for you and knowing you, Zach know that you'll eventually forget it after being excited so much,” She pull out a light black colored wallet and that's mine.
“Wait? Huh? I thoug—oh yeah, I put it on the dining table after seeing the ad,” I said as I calmed down.
“Crymsin?” I turned around in shock seeing Granny Leticia. Ah, shit. “Oh. How are you? We finally see you again after more than five years,” I blinked as she hugged me tightly.
“Ah yeah? Wait—oh shoot, I forgot I'm on your company,” I became silent after they heard what I said and laughed out loud. “Come on, my memories are quite weak for me and I forget some obvious things easily,” I said as I frozen remembering another one.
“Mom! I'm literally going,” I said standing up and ready to run. I was crying inside.
“What? Why are you hurrying, calm down,” Mom mumbled as Granny and Grandpa stared at me in confusion.
“This is my biological mom and dad, they didn't do anything wrong from the start and the scientist did it all. Mom, my sales will be gone,” I said as mom stared at me in confusion.
“Your just trying to get ready burning your sister-in-law's house,” I pouted. “I'll go buy some ingredients with you later and we'll buy it all even if it is not on sale,” I then walked and sat beside her.
“But mom, I'm trying to save money and I'm planning on something,” Mom patted my head as I stood up. “Ah! I really need to!” I said as mom just let me stood up.
“Thanks for the documents, tell your brother, Matt I told him to cook curry,” I stopped from my tracks and turned to mom in disbelief.
“Really? Of all of the food that you are liking him to cook for you...curry!? Why!?” I asked stomping as she stared at me confusedly. “I was going to go check into a hotel to be far from my fudging brothers and now curry!?”
“Ahh right, your dad is actually like your brothers,” I turned to dad who has a panicked expression.
“Fine! I'm going home, why am I even in this kind of family!? I am the only one who isn't paranoid? Boys are so problematic,” I said making dad groan.
“It's not your fault your the only girl in the family plus knowing Levi, Owen, Austin and Isiah... you'll get tracked in less than an hour,” My mom mumbled proudly wiping her fake ass cry.
“Come on, mom, why would I be even so lucky having them when even my little brothers are paranoid—
I was cut off by a loud thud on my back making me turn seeing Xander on the floor laying there flat. “Xan, what the heck are you doing?” I asked shock of my reaction too making me cover my own mouth.
“I'm trying to imitate a rock, and why the hell are you calling me 'heck' suddenly?” He mumbled still on the floor mumbling some curses being hurt.
“What are you...why are you even...come on...I can't even talk straight. You grew up some height and you we're smart five years ago, what the heck happened!?” I asked helping him to stand up as I saw band aid on his head.
“M-Mooma!?” He asked shocked blinking.
“What the hell happened to your head!? Did you get bullied!? Tell me I'll beat them up!? What the heck is that!? Why is there band aid!?” I asked panicking and seeing the band-aid clearer.
“Mooma, your really real!” He said hugging me tightly as I blinked.
“Of course I'm real!? Do I need to slap you to prove it?” I asked blinking in shock.
“Your back!” He mumbled again as I felt my shoulders getting wet. My expression changed as I remembered this was Xander. I slowly smiled patting his head. “You're really back this time, I thought I'm never gonna see you again,” He mumbled as I literally hugged him back giggling.
“Now now, what the heck really happened to your head? Why is there band aid,” I asked wiping his tears with my bandages too.
“It's pimples,” I stood up frozen literally having my smile suddenly faded. I cracked up. “Mooma! Why are you even laughing, the thing hurts!” He said pouting as I took some deep breath and cracked up again suddenly. “Goodbye,” He mumbled dramatically opening the door as I stopped him.
“Apply some skin ointment and wash your face everyday, why did you even think of putting band aid are you even thinking?” I asked as he rolled his eyes.
“What happened to your arm?” He asked as I slowly moved my arm.
“A motorcycle accident, A motorcycle bumped onto my ducati and blam he's dead and I'm alive. It's nothing, Zach just put some exaggerated bandage on it after it bleeds again when I'm having a bath,” I said as mom turned to me worriedly. “It's my condition mom, the over flowing blood,” I smiled as my phone notifications rang again.
“Ah! I missed the sales!” I said totally getting my body all heavy as I slumped on the floor. “I'll go tomorrow then!” I said smiling.
“You have millions of money just by yourself why save?” Dad asked as I turned to him in full shocked expression.
“Because I'm saving. Don't care deposit another money on my own bank account, dad I'm literally gonna go rent my own apartment and never let you see me again,” He then nodded hiding his phone. “I'm going, I'm literally tired for just a day,” I mumbled walking as I felt pressure on my abdomen seeing Xander clinging on me. “Are you gonna let go?” I asked as he shook his head. “Stand up properly, we're going in our house,” He then happily nodded as he walked beside me.
We walked side by side passing through the same receptionist five years ago. “Leslie, can I have my bag back?” Xander mumbled as I turned to him. He was getting his things from the receptionist and the receptionist was kind of confused onto my looks.
“Y-You—” I just gave her a smile cutting her off.
“Oh, Xander what are you—who is she?” I turned back to the girl who was talking as Xander's mood changes into I don't know dark one. “Is she your girlfriend?” She asked as I stared at her with a bored expression.
“Lady, I'm seriously twenty-six and my son is thirteen,” I said as I pulled Xander from the receptionist. When we finally got off from the girl's sight Xander cracked up.
“I really did missed you, Mooma,” He laughed after that.
“Of course, I did too,” I said still putting on my serious look as he just became silent. “You don't like her?” He hummed as I asked him why.
“I don't know. It feels like he's using Papa and I'm looking for someone like you for Papa,” I turned to him asking if he was serious and he smiled.
“How can you find someone like me!? You should change your perspective, your papa might like or love her,” I said as I opened my car for him to go in. I said it too much that it actually hurts my own feelings.
“Your the perfect one for him,” He said as I started the engine giggling at the remark.
“No, maybe for your point of view but I have never been perfect for him,” I smiled as I turned my car wheels driving. “Saw that girl with Arch the other day and he's quite happy with her, support him it he really wants to,”
