Color [ Levi x Reader AU]

Chapter 28

Your head started to spin repeating the words Levi had said to you. The words repeated over an over again.

Your hands suddenly moved. Levi kissed your palm which made you snap out of your trance. "Are you okay? I shouldn't have said that forget about it-"

You flicked your hands away from his grasp and pounced on him hugging him. You nuzzled into the crook of his neck with a wide grin plastered on your face.

"Shut up I'm not forgetting what you just said to me." You started making Levi startle. "Yes" you whispered, enough for him to hear.

You close your eyes feeling in the moment. Levi hadn't hug you back so you decided to get up and see his reaction.

To your surprise...he was smiling. A wide smile reaching ear to ear. Your mouth opens but before you could utter a word, Levi scoops you in his arms turning you round and round with a huge smile on his face.

You sigh a smile and kissed his cheek which made him stop and look at you with furrowed eyebrows.

"What's wrong?" You started to worry if what you did wasn't right.

"Don't do that" He said making you confused.

"Why?"

"I wasn't finished spinning you around yet dumbass" Levi stated earning a laugh from you. You were cut off by him giving you a peck on the lips.

"And you can't just steal a kiss from me." He chuckled leaving you dumbfounded. He places you down as you took a pillow and nuzzled your head into it groaning.

Levi takes the pillow from you only to see you embarrassed with furrowed eyebrows. "Don't steal my pillow." You stuttered.

"It's my pillow since you're in my house." Levi said with much more emotion than before. You stood up and went to the kitchen as Levi turned his head to look at you walk through the hallway.

"What are you doing there"

"Dinner"

"Oh" Levi walks towards your side as you opened his fridge.

"What do you want?" You ask Levi.

"I should be asking you that. And i'm not hungry." Levi replied walking away.

"Then I'm not gonna make anything. I'm not hungry too" You walk beside him. Both of you sit on the couch. Levi leans in towards you peeking as you opened your phone. You struggled not to laugh and you didn't.

As you open your phone you see messages from countless people. You forgot you turned your phone off. Messages were surging in. Messages from Jean, Armin, Mikasa, And a group chat?

You opened the group chat first and then found out it was a group chat than included you, Armin, Mikasa, and Eren.

A- Hey guys.
     Eren what is this?

E- Nothing, just a group cgat.

A- How did you get my cousin's number?

M- I gave it to him.

A- You gave it to him?!

E- Yea whats the matter with tgat?

M- Eren fix your spelling.

A- Alright, then just talk here if you guys need          something i'm heading somewhere byebye!
      And Eren fix your spelling.

M- Bye

E- What the- Bye

You laugh at the trio's conversation and decided to open up a few more messages. Levi was intrigued and continued to read with you.

You opened Armin's message and read that he was going to the library. He informs you once in a while where he's going in order for you to know where he is and can easily get to him when you need him. You smile and continue to read other messages.

You opened Mikasa's message and giggle at what she sent.

M- There's a group chat Eren made.
       He needs to work on his spelling. =_=

Finally, you open Jean's message. You could feel Levi's stare even more.

J- Got any plans tmrw? I have to talk to you.

The message was sent 2 hours ago. You debated with yourself on whether you should send a message or not. You went with sending him a reply rather than leaving him on read. He was still your friend and maybe he wanted to clear things once and for all.

Y- Sure, I'll see you at lunch tomorrow?

J- Yeah sure.

You turned off your phone and proceeded to stand up but Levi pulled you causing you to fall down. You fall into his arms, "What?" You said.

"No"

"What do you mean no?" You turned to look at him only for both of you to hit each other with your foreheads.

"It's still early don't leave" You sigh knowing you didn't have any other reason to leave early other than the reason of you being too embarrassed in front of him right now.

"Alright" You said in defeat staying in his arms for a while. You pat his arms waiting for a response but you didn't receive one. You decided to slowly get out of his hug.

You finally get out of his arms and see him fast asleep. You sigh and pat his head earning an annoyed expression on his face. You didn't expect to be given such reaction. You made a surprised yet annoyed face in return, it was a natural reflex.

"What kind of expression is that? I didn't think you were capable of making one" You let out a whispered laugh.

You properly laid him on the couch so he could sleep at ease. You knew he has insomnia so this gave you the opportunity to give him some shut eye.

Before you left, you gave him a kiss on his forehead as a goodbye and gave him a closed eye smile on your way out the door.

You see Mikasa walking towards the front door, where you are currently standing.

"You're on your way already?" She asked.

"Yeah, take care of him. He's asleep. I don't know if you can let him go back to his room but make sure he gets some sleep i heard he has insomnia. Anyways, bye see you at school tomorrow" You bid her goodbye as you arrive at your house.

"I'm home dad." You could hear your voice echo through your silent house. "Dad?"

"OH YOU'RE FINALLY BACK" Your father came running down the stairs wrapping you in a tight hug.

"Yes yes i'm not going anywhere" You giggled.

"I know. For now..." You could hear his saddened words knowing one day he'll send you off on your wedding day.

"Yeah but not right now" You hugged him back reassuring him.
