Chapter 5 - Shopping and Confession

A/N: Trying to give this story more comedy and 4th wall break, since I thought it would be funny. I'm also trying to improve how the story is made. This chapter will be longer than usual.

Elvin was laying on the couch, and there was only one thing in his mind.

"I'm bored." Elvin said out loud.

"All of us are." Kiara said while keep switching the TV's channel.

"...Remind me why you are still here?" Calli asked Elvin.

"Searching and killing demons over and over is boring. Besides my demon hunter friends, you girls are the only ones I have. You don't want me here?" Elvin fake cried comically with Ina patting Elvin's back, "There there..."

"Nonononono! I'm just asking, okay?" Calli quickly responded.

"Who took all the iced tea in the fridge?!" Ame yelled from the kitchen.

"Er, I think I saw Gura brought a few glasses of tea to her room a few hours ago." Elvin responded.

They could feel a murderous aura coming from the kitchen.

"Wait wait! Calm down! I need them for my stream!" Gura swung her hands around in panic.

"But you only need one or two for that! And you took five glasses of them!" Ame yelled.

"I'm being hydrodynamic when drinking alright?!" Gura responded without missing a beat.

Ame was dumbfounded. Hydrodynamic while drinking? How is that even possible? "But- *sigh* Whatever."

Elvin had one thing wandering in his mind. "Wait? Stream? You guys are streamers?"

"Oh, yes! We are Virtual YouTubers, to put it simply, Vtubers, who make contents or livestreams like gaming, singing, or drawing, you name it." Gura answered.

"We? All of you?"

"Yeah, we are from an agency called Hololive. And Hololive isn't just us, there's a lot, and apparently, five of us are the only one who is from Hololive English. There's Hololive Japan and Hololive Indonesia too." Ina answered.

"I see. Who owns the agency though?"

"Yagoo. Motoaki Tanigo." Calli answered casually.

Elvin was dumbfounded.

"W-Wait, what?"

"No way, that guy really did it." Elvin grinned.

"Huh? What do you mean?" Kiara asks.

"Tanigo's a friend of mine. We met on a... unique occasion. I remembered him saying something about his dream of creating an idol agency. Heh, I'm proud of him." Elvin smiled.

Ame suddenly showed up in front of them.

"That aside, I have an idea, why don't we go to the mall together to buy groceries and stuff? The fridge is empty, so we gotta refill it. Besides, we haven't been out together for a long time." Ame suggested.

"That's a good idea. How about you girls?" Elvin asked them.

Gura instantly answered. "I don't mind!"
