"Hello, everyone! Your number one detective is here!" Amelia greeted the chat.

"Today we are just going to chit-chatting, and ask our newest genmate, Elvin, some questions!"

Elvin appeared beside Ame while smiling.

"Hello there, you mortals."

"Let's start with some basic questions."

Ame planned to ask Elvin more about himself, for the sake of her and their fans' knowledge.

"Let's get on with it! So, Elvin. You are a demon. You're also immortal. Yes?"

"Yes."

"As far as I know, demons are not immortal."

"That's right."

"Do you mind explaining how do you attain immortality?"

"Sure. Let's recall..."

Teenager me was wandering through the forest like a lost kid. Well, it's not like I have a home, anyway.

Suddenly, a red smoke appeared in front of me. A devil came out from it while looking at me. He eyed me closely before grinning.

"Hey, kid."

I titled my head. "Hm?"

He put his arm around my shoulder. "I can grant you one wish. But I have one condition."

He pointed his finger at me with a serious expression. "When you die, your soul will be mine."

A smart me decided to humiliate him. "Cool! I wish to be immortal!"

Without second thoughts, he shook his hand with mine, sealing the deal. "Then it's a deal!"

His face turned into a realization. "Wait a min-"
