Luckily, Percy didn't open his mouth to sass Loki off. One thing Percy opposed was arrogance. Which is a one of the reason he didn't have a good relationship with gods. They were always thinking they were superior.

Percy smirked thinking up a plan in his head.  Annabeth saw the look and shrugged.  It looks like when this was all over they would be getting into some mischief.

"What are you two lovebirds smiling about," Tony asked.

"Nothing, just smiling.  You should try it sometime.  Scientific studies show it improves your mood," Annabeth said.   Her voice held a little bit of sarcasm.

Tony grumbled.   "I smile a lot.  I know how to have fun." He looked to Thor. Thor shrugged his shoulder.

He then looked over to Natasha. Natasha shrugged. "Do not look at me. You already have a big enough ego, and I don't need you fishing for compliments."

There was a little bit of laughing, but most of them tried to keep it in.

Tony puffed out his chest. "I am iron man."

"And I am a god," Loki said.   "Are all you mortals sound so annoying?"

"Well...." Percy started.

"Percy," Annabeth warned.   She had the glare of death going for her.   Percy gave her a reassuring look.   Annabeth still held up a sign of warning.

"Kid, I would listen to your girlfriend. I remember last time I didn't listen to mine and we ended up in a bad situation."

"He is correct," Natasha said. "We are always right."

Percy groans.  "You guys are no fun."

"If you want to have fun, I would suggest telling us everything that happened in the time period we lost our memory," Natasha said.

"They cannot tell you," Thor cut in.

"Yes, everyone keeps telling me that," Natasha said.  Her gaze cut around to Percy with steel in her eyes.   Percy stayed focused on her.  His eyes unflinching.   He was used to how his aunt worked.  Thankfully it wasn't like his other aunt, but still.  "They keep telling me that, but they don't ever give a good enough reason."

Percy shrugged.  "I don't have to live up to your status of good enough.  I have my own self confidence and standards."

"Percy," Natasha said.

"Natasha," Percy said.

"Perseus," Natasha tried again.

Percy's smiling relaxed face turned into a glare.  "I told you only my enemies call me Perseus."

Natasha smiled slightly, which only annoyed Percy further.  "No you didn't tell me that, because my memories are missing."

"You know what else is missing," Percy asked.  Everyone was silent, but then Percy answered the question.   "Your heart."  Then he turned and looked out the window.  His stance said, conversation done.

"Real mature," Tony said.

"Like you are," Annabeth said.

The car stopped at the retirement home.  Bricks were all laid on the ground.   A beeping noise was heard as a construction truck was moving a pile of bricks.

"Loki," Thor growled.

"He was right here," Loki said.

"He isn't anymore," Tony said.

Suddenly there was a swishing noise and the ground opened up and the car fell through.

"Loki," Thor growled.

"This isn't me," Loki said.

"Like your so innocent," Tony said.

"I am," Loki said.

"Lies," Natasha growled.

"Well he is the god of lies," Persassy said.

"So now you speak," Tony said.  Suddenly they stopped falling.

They were in this large building with antiques that lined everywhere.   They all piled out of the car.   "Well Clint and Steve are going to have an amazing time trying to find us."

"That's for sure."

Suddenly a hole dropped opened and Loki was falling.  "I didn't do anything," was said before he disappeared.

Percy laughed.  He couldn't help himself.  It was funny.   He could see the rest except for Thor smiling as well.

"Hello," a voice called out.

Everyone jumped again as a figure materialized.   He wore a cape, that engulfed half of his frame from top to bottom.

"I am doctor strange.   Protector of the different realities.  You may be wondering why you all are here, but you don't need to.  I just need to speak to Thor."  He snapped his fingers and everyone but Thor fell.

Percy and Annabeth were falling again.   Percy couldn't help reliving the time he fell into Tartarus.   Percy grabbed onto Annabeth like a life raft as he fell.

Annabeth held onto Percy as well.   "We are not back there.  We are not there," Annabeth repeated over and over again.

Tony and Natasha looked at the scene and they saw the PTSD written on the two teenagers.   Just what exactly did these two go through.
