After their conversation was over Doctor Strange dropped them back to the ground. What they didn't expect was to have two teenagers curled into each other having a panic attack. Tears were leaking out of their eyes.
Doctor strange tilted his head. "Well that doesn't usually happen."
Natasha ran to Percy to try to comfort him. That ended with her being punched somehow and on the ground. Natasha held her nose. Natasha examined Percy's eyes. They were a little bit wide like he was not really there.
"They have PTSD," Tony said.
"The question is from what. Dang it Percy," Natasha said.
"There kids," Tony said.
Thor went over to the two figures on the floor and said something in another language. "Eívai entáxei. Den eísai pia ekeí. Den boroún na se vlàpsoun pia." (It's okay. You are not there anymore. They can not hurt you any longer.)
They were relaxing a little bit. Thor walked to Dr. Strange. "Can I borrow a bucket of water?"
A bucket materialized in Thor's hands.
Tony looked a little weary. "Hey buddy, I know I piss you off. No need to splash water on me."
Thor turned away from Tony. "Not everything is about you." He then dropped the water onto the two teenagers sitting down.
Percy looked like he was waking up from a dream. Annabeth now just looked pissed.
Thor smiled. "See not back there," he said.
They both nodded getting up. Dr. Strange helped them out with their soaking clothes.
"What do you mean not back there," Tony asked.
"Don't ask questions," Thor said. "They just got out of that mind space. You are just sending them back there if you remind them."
Natasha and Tony decided not to talk. They spent the last few minutes watching two teenagers cling together and cry. They had tried to help, but they were helpless to help them. In the end, they both would rather punch themselves then see to teens in that state.
They couldn't help thinking of that though. Natasha was already thinking of the "red room." Tony was thinking back to the time in the cave. He knew they didn't have that experience, but what could it be. Another red room? No, he felt like it was different.
Doctor Stange looked at the group. "You two teenagers follow me. I need to talk to you."
"I need to go with Percy," Natasha said.
"No you don't," Dr. Strange said.
"Yes, I do. I am his legal aunt and I..."
Everyone but Thor was put into a hole. Loki was still falling so he was the only exemption.
"Are you going to force me to put you into an endless hole?"
Thor held up his hands, and smiled a little. "Nope, I am good. We are all good here."
"Good," Dr. Strange said.
Suddenly Percy, Annabeth, and Dr. Strange shifted to another room.
Percy looked around and nodded. "This stuff is pretty cool."
Dr. Strange waved Percy off like it was nothing. "Thanks, but I called you to for a reason."
Annabeth was analyzing Dr. Strange. Trying to find anything that would help them with whatever was about to happen.
"You stop staring at me like that," Dr. Strange said. Pointing at Annabeth.
Annabeth raised an eyebrow. "You called us here? Now you are dictating how we should look at other people. Seems unfair."
"Teenagers," Doctor Strange sighed.
"Designed to make adults miserable," Percy finished.
Dr. Strange held out a hand. "That isn't what I wanted to talk to you two about."
"Yes you have questions," Annabeth said.
Dr. strange looked at her perplexed. "How does she know..."
"Nothing gets by her. She is very smart," Percy said. "Sometimes a little too smart," Percy mumbled. Annabeth heard and smiled a little.
"Well then it won't surprise you that I don't know who or what you guys are, and I know who mostly everyone is. It is my job."
"Looks like you haven't been doing a good job," Persassy said.
"Percy," Annnabeth said.
Percy smiled but stopped talking.
"Back to the questions."
"No," Percy said.
"I don't think you understand..."
"I don't think you understand," Annabeth said. "These answers you seek do not fall in your domain. You might not know who we are, but we know exactly who you are."
"That is why I can't let you go until I have answers."
"You really don't want to do this," Annabeth said.
Percy smiled. "Sounds fun, but she is right. Even if you manage to capture us, there are higher ups that won't let this go. That is more than you can handle. Also you need them, because then you will have another thing that threatens the world and you won't be able to stop them without us and them."
"Sounds vague. You want to get specific."
Percy shrugged. "Can't. That would be bad."
"Fine," Dr. Strange said. "I already got a lot to deal with. You can leave."
"Really," Percy asked, surprised.
Dr. Strange nodded. "Unless you want to tell me your secrets."
"No, we will leave. It's just we are usually kidnapped a lot, or have to fight our way out."
Strange looked at them with raised eyebrows. "Well, I would if I didn't have to look for the infinity stones. Your just lucky."
Dr. Strange transported them back into the room they once left. Everyone dropped except for Loki.
"My brother," Thor asked.
"Will be dropped once you leave," Strange said.
Thor nodded and all of them walked off back to the car.
