We arrived on the field overlooking the precipice of the cliff. An old man with greying hair was staring out over all the green landscape. Thor and Loki got out of the car. The rest of us stayed back, not wanting to ruin the moment.

"What do you think they are talking about?"

"Why don't we find out," Tony said.   Taking out a device that started playing the conversation.

"Put that away!   That is personal!"

"Ugh, fine be that way."

"I will be a decent human being who respects privacy!"

"Children, stop fighting," Natasha said.

With that they stopped talking all together.

"What do you think they are talking about," Percy asked, a mischievous smile playing on his lips.

"Not this again," Annabeth said.

"We are not doing a time loop," Tony said.

Natasha smiled a little bit.

"I think I see a little tear running off of Thor," Tony said.  He had a hint of a mocking "awe so cute," voice tinting those words.

"They are seeing their father after a long period of time," Natasha said.

"But it's not just that," Annabeth said.   "It looks they they are saying goodbye."

"No they wouldn't say goodb...".  Thor's father disappeared.   They were all left there trying to process what just happened.

"Um...What do we do?"

"Say our condolences," Percy answered.

"Wait, there is something coming!"

"Already on it," Tony said.

He got on the car and the iron man suit started coming on.  Natasha got out of the car too, followed by Percy and Annabeth.

The woman had antlers on her head. She had Loki's coloring which was weird. Maybe she was related to Loki?

All of them got into positions.   Thor and Loki went out at her fast, but suprisingly they were losing.   The other two tried to pitch in, but they were deflected.  Tony tried shooting things at her, and nearly got killed for it.   Nat tried shooting her, but that didn't work very well.  Percy and Annabeth walked slowly to a struggling Loki and Thor.

"Kids step back," Tony said.

"Step away," Nat said.

Percy looked back over his aunt and shrugged.  "Guess your going to find out one of my secrets after all."   Percy took out a pen from his pocket.

"I seriously doubt writing her a letter asking her to stop is a good idea," Tony said.

Percy grinned and then uncapped the pen.   "What the....kid you got some explaining to do."

Hela looked at Percy.  Her dark eyes full of hate when she saw that blade.  "You shouldn't interfere."

Percy smiled and shrugged, and the battle commenced.   She had a blade with her and she deflected a blow that Percy gave, but Percy persisted onwards.  Jab after jab they went until Percy cut her.

She looked down at the cut on her wound.  "Why isn't it healing right away," she said.

"The blade is not meant for mortals," Thor said.  He still looked crestfallen at his hammer being gone.  "You could have stepped in earlier."

Annabeth seemed angry for Percy.  "We aren't even supposed to interfere with you in the first place."

Percy ducked and aimed low when a sword gave from abound.  He finally noticed her weak spot.   She wasn't using her legs enough.  Percy started dancing around her with a sword.  It was a killer dance, both metaphorically and literally.   Hela was not able to keep up with Percy's dance moves and ended up with a sword to the gut.   She looked down to the sword to the gut, and screamed.  Percy took out the sword and backed away.

"Well you aren't dead," Annabeth said.  "Such a shame."

"I will kill you," Hela said.

"Been there done that," Annabeth said.

Percy nodded to Annabeth smiling at her.  "How many people have said "I will kill you.""

Annabeth shrugged.  "Too many to count, yet they never do."

Hela suddenly threw a dagger at Annabeth.   Annabeth deflected the arrow.  "Nice try.   Next time don't mess with the seven."

"The seven?"   Percy and Annabeth forgot that the nosy two were behind them.

Hela got up from her kneeled position on the floor.  "Thor can you deal with her," Percy whined.

"I am afraid I cannot.  She is too powerful."

"But I don't know how to capture her, and I don't want to kill her."

"Kill her," Loki said.

The thought of killing another person was awful.   He would have felt better if this was in battle.   Memories rose to the surface of wars playing out in his head.

"Loki," Thor shouted.

Maybe Thor would understand.  Wouldn't want him to do this.

"What you know we can't contain her!"

Percy realized Loki was right.  They couldn't contain her, and the only one who could fight her was Percy.  A little light dimmed in his eyes.  Hela was looking a little smug at the situation, not even bothering to run away.  Although that may have been the blade to the stomach as well.

Thor looked a little grieved and nodded.   He looked at Percy with a crestfallen face.  "I am sorry young hero..."

"Percy Freeze her," Annabeth said.

Suddenly a light flashed in Percy's eyes.  "What does freeze her mean, Percy," Nat asked.

"You will find out," Percy said.  "Can you guys move away from the cliff?  I want a clear view of the water."

Both of them moved aside.   Natasha had a stern, but curious look on her face.  Her head was slightly tilted to the side looking at her nephew.   Tony grinned.  "Finally going to see something," was written all over his face.

Percy pulled on the water that was far beneath the cliff.   Hela, this time tried running, clutching her stomach.  The water shot up in the air, and arched towards Hela.  Suddenly enveloping her in a tangle of water.  Percy created an air bubble so she could breathe.   She was glaring at Percy.  Once she was surrounded in water, Percy said the the word "Freeze."  And it did.  All around her the ice turned into solid ice.

"What the...."
