Author's POV

Chanhee was having an excellent day. Still high on how the date had went. He was over the moon. "Look at you~ has your cute lover got you falling deeply in love?" Kevin teased Chanhee seeing that the younger was smiling a lot. "Maybe. Maybe not." Chanhee answered poking his tongue out playfully. Just then his phone rang. "Is it your lover boy?" Kevin asked jumping up excited for the younger. Chanhee looks at the screen. "Yep." He shortly said answering his phone, strangely feeling giddy.

"Hello." Chanhee squeaks out as Kevin gets closer to him trying to hear what Hyunjae was going to say. "Where are you?" Hyunjae's voice came. Chanhee's squeaks when Kevin tries to take the phone from him and smacking Kevin's arm glaring at him. The older pouts playfully, rubbing his arm where Chanhee had smacked. "A-At the cafe. Why?" Chanhee questioned. "Well I am coming there." Hyunjae announced. "Okay I will wait for you hyungie." Chanhee says smiling. After telling the older to drive safely they ended the call.

"You two lowkey sound like lovesick fools." Kevin says. "Not worst than you and Jacob hyung." Chanhee says sarcastically. He jumps when Kevin throws a strawberry at him. "What is going on here?" Jacob asks coming inside. "Our chanhee's lover is coming." Kevin sing songs. Chanhee blushes at the word 'lover'. "We are not lovers yet!" He protests. Kevin scoffs. "Sure sure. You two are just strangers who talks like love sick fools. And he is just a stranger who doesn't appear in your dreams almost everyday." Kevin says in a mocking tone making Chanhee hiss at him.

Jacob shakes his head at the two. "Stop bickering you two. We have customers to serve. Come on. Move your asses." Jacob says as he goes to make a drink for one of the customers while Kevin goes out to help Jacob with preparing the drinks. They continue to work together and after a whole Kevin comes with a huge grin. "Chanhee your man is here! Go out. Get your man." Kevin says cheering him on. The younger shakes his head at his friend. He goes out to the front and saw Hyunjae standing there waiting for him. The older smiles the moment he sees him.

"Hey." Hyunjae says in a soft voice approaching him. "Hello to you too." Chanhee says shyly. "When do you get off?" Hyunjae asks. "You can steal your boyfriend. I promise we don't have much work." Kevin's voice sounded from the back. Chanhee's face turns red at his friend's words. "Kevin! Oh my god. Go do your work!" He huffs. Hyunjae laughs softly as he pats Chanhee's head. "So we can go now my boyfriend?" Hyunjae asked teasingly. "Yeah I guess. My shift is about to end anyways." Chanhee says with a smile.

After telling Jacob that he was going and a teasing "Don't forget to use protection" from Kevin, Chanhee finally walked out of the cafe with Hyunjae with red face thanks to his friend's comment. "So where are we going today?" Chanhee asked. "Wherever you want to go." Hyunjae answers as he opens the car door to let Chanhee in. "Oh what a gentleman." He teased. "Gotta be a gentleman for my boyfriend." Hyunjae sing songs. He gets inside the driver seat as he starts the engine.

"So shall we go for a fancy dinner my prince?" Hyunjae jokingly asks. "Um no! I don't want you to spend too much money. How about I cook for you?" Chanhee suggest. Hyunjae nods. "That's fine with me. Gotta see my prince's talent in cooking." Hyunjae said with a smug face. "I am great at it. But first we need to great the ingredients." Chanhee said. "Then off we go to the grocery store." Hyunjae mumbles as he starts driving towards the nearest grocery store.

After getting the ingredients they quickly head back to Hyunjae's home. Chanhee curses himself internally, repeatedly because of how he feel kind of nervous with the fact that he was going to the older's house.
