//Karls pov

"Nick, do we really have to go to the doctor?"

"Yes Karl! You are clearly sick."

I looked at him. I was terrified, I wanted him to be near me. But I knew he wasn't supposed to come with me into the doctors office, and I would have to speak for myself.

"Your appointment is tomorrow, how about we go do something fun?"

"Really?!" My eyes widened, Me and Nick haven't been out in so long. I just know this will be fun. Anywhere with Nick is fun, always.

"Mhm! There is actually a carnival pretty close to us." He responds.

"Oo! Yay! Ill go get dressed!"

"Alright!"

I quickly ran too my room, opening my closet.

Hmm..

I looked at the various T-shirts, and sweaters.

Since it was just turning October it was still a bit warm, but I decided to just wear a sweater.

It was a Maroon color, with some random fashion logo.

I put on khaki pants, (yes His outfit is amazing just admit it.) and walked out.

"Nicck! Are you ready?"

I walked downstairs.

"Yup! You look nice karl."

"Thank you," I smiled. "Lets go!"

We walked to the car, getting inside.

The loud sounds, and flashing lights weirdly attracted me? (not like romance weirdos) I was excited. Really excited. We walked into the carnival, and up to the ticket booth.

"Two unlimited passes please?" Nick spoke to the lady in the booth. She slid the paper wristband passes to us.

The smell of sugary food was in the air.

Me, and Nick rode a few rides before going on the Ferris Wheel.

We waited in line patiently, having some small talk.

Then we got to the front, the worker let us into the cart thing. I sat across from Nick. We slowly started to go up.

"Today was fun," Nick says, gaining my attention.

"Yea, it was! I haven been out in so long.." I respond.

"Its fun doing things with you." He smiled.

"I love you, Karl."

My cheeks became pink.

It was that same feeling when Nick moved in.

I smiled.

"I love you too."

"You make my life better, Nick."

"I probably would have been dead or worse if it wasn't for you."

I felt his hand touch mine.

He held my hand, tight.

"I wont leave you, I promise." He responded

"I need you with me forever."

"I want to die together."

Die toge-

My thought were cut off.
He continued to talk, but I wasn't listening.

'I want to die together.' This set me off.

Those words make my mind freak out.

Death.

I heard the voices coming back. (Voices of hallucination guy ykyk)

'Karl.. You know this isnt going to be so easy.'
