I Can't Believe I Like You

"So anybody that has caught your fancy?" Haley asks me, nudging me with her shoulder. I blush and my mind flashes to Andrew.

"Maybe" I say, looking down at my shoes, trying to hide my smile.

"OH MY GOSH TELL ME" Haley shrieks and hits me on the shoulder.

"Why are you so abusive?" I ask, rubbing my shoulder.

"Cause some doodle face won't tell me who she likes" She says in a 'duh' voice. I roll my eyes and a small smile appears on my face as I, again, think of Andrew.

"Fine" I groan, rolling my eyes as I see her smirk out of the corner of my eye. "So you know the coffee shop where I work?" I ask her, trying to stall time.

"Duh" She says rolling her eyes. "Oh and stop stalling" She says glaring at me.

"Ok well he comes in at exactly 2 A.M. and he orders the same drink, and he sits in the same booth, and he's so mysterious and hot" I say, sighing at the end.

"Your in deep" Haley says, rolling her eyes. I hit her with a pillow and she shrieks and falls off my bed. I start to laugh and soon I'm crying. Haley gets up off the floor and glares at me.

"Haha very funny" She says, dusting herself off.

"It was hysterical" I say, out of breath.

"Whatever" She mutters and walks into my kitchen. "I'M GOING TO EAT ALL YOUR CUPCAKES"

"YOU WISH" I yell and quickly run into the kitchen. I scream and tackle Haley to the ground.

"I'M TRYING TO EAT A CUPCAKE"

"THOSE ARE MINE"

"SHARING IS CARING"

"BUT I DON'T CARE"

"GOOD THEN YOU WOULDN'T CARE THAT I EAT YOUR CUPCAKES" Haley smirks and pushes me off her. I stand up and quickly snatch the last cupcake from the container. I stick my tongue at her and shove the cupcake in my mouth.

"Your so rude" Haley says, now eating some of my chips. I nod my head and we head back into the living area.
