Clerk Zhao: "Ah yes, Miss Yanfei has processed all of the relevant information for you. I have your paperwork right here. If you could just sign in the appropriate places and then we can finalise the process."

Y/N: "Sure, and thank you for your help."

The clerk working at the Ministry of Civil Affairs had handed me a bundle of paperwork, a handful of them required signatures so I started to sign them as she had requested. There were other signatures here, both Yanfei and Hu Tao... and this third signature I presume is Zhao's?

They all have such pretty signatures... but I never really thought about coming up with a signature, and I don't want there to be a conflict in the future if I end up deciding on another signature later... so I'll just sign my name I guess?

Y/N: "...Is there anything else I need to do too?"

Clerk Zhao: "No thank you, that will be all. Once you've signed everything you need to sign then it will all be in order and I can finish processing you as an official citizen of Liyue."

Y/N: "Oh okay, Miss Yanfei really is pretty good at this huh..."

After a couple moments of signing my name in silence on the several pieces of paper I was pretty sure I was finished. I quickly skimmed through the large bundle of papers once more to make sure I didn't miss anything... I don't seem to have missed a signature anywhere.

I then announced this to Clerk Zhao, who took the bundle of papers from me and looked through the papers at a speed tenfold faster than I had before, she then pulled out a large round stamp and stamped the first page of the bundle of paperwork before placing them all within a folder and filing them away in the drawers behind her.

She then pulled a single piece of paper out from another folder, it seemed like this was a certificate. She then used the same stamp as before to stamp this certificate before handing it to me.

Clerk Zhao: "Everything is in order, your paperwork has been processed and your request for citizenship granted."

Y/N: "Just like that? Huh, that was fast. Thank you very much!"

Clerk Zhao: "If you have any other questions please direct them towards the Ministry of Civil Affairs and whoever is currently available. Welcome to Liyue... Next!"

She then motioned towards the door whilst simultaneously waving over the next client to step forward... I guess it's time for me to go then?

It felt different, being out and about in Liyue Harbor- now that I'm an official citizen... it's like I actually belong here. And that's all thanks to Yanfei for helping out like she did, and of course Hu Tao for endorsing me... she's been too kind to me, I don't think I could ever repay her for all she's done, even including all of the pranks she's played on me!

Speaking of Hu Tao and her pranks, I kinda expected to see her waiting outside the Ministry of Civil Affairs or at the very least for her to jumpscare me upon exiting or something.

Because she took some time off today, didn't she? At least, I assume she did because she asked me to meet with her today as soon as I had finished with the paperwork.
As today was a day where I wasn't expected to work at the Pharmacy, and whilst usually I would just spend the time out in the cliffs of Liyue gathering herbs I would much rather spend my free time in the company of Hu Tao!
