*HU TAO'S POV*
I've barely seen anything of Y/N these past few days, my poor sweetie has been holed up in their room ever since I brought them back from Dragonspine.
I tried to visit the Pharmacy a couple of times too, but every time I showed up at the counter I was met with heavy resistance. Qiqi and Baizhu both told me that my sweetie was currently taking time off from work to grieve, and that no visitors were allowed... that last part was definitely Baizhu's idea, the sleazy jerk!
*sigh*
No matter... I'll just make sure that my face is the first one that they see when they finally feel ready to return to the world of the living!
I'm not going to leave from the front of this Pharmacy, come rain or shine, I will happily wait for you to be ready, my sweetie! But... *yawn* unfortunately, I'll have to head back for some rest. I can only go so long without sleep for now- especially with all this darn paperwork for the Rite of Parting that I have to get through!
But starting tomorrow, I'm going to do all of my paperwork right out here! Hmmm... maybe I should have some of the undertakers help me to carry a desk out here for me? And I could use that little shelter there to keep the paperwork safe from the elements!
Huuuu... I wonder if I'll have to get permission from the Qixing to do so...? Eh! Who cares! Anything to make sure I'm as close to you as I can be, even if I can't see you right now sweetie...
