We went from the couch to the kitchen counter and he was giving me all he had and it wasn't long until we found our release together and were just trying to catch our breaths.
"That was better than I ever imagined." Ethan grinned.
"Oh, hush now I know it's not awkward for us because I can't lose you as a friend Ethan and please don't tell DJ it will break his heart," I said.
"I won't say a word. Let's clean up and finish eating our doughnuts and then I gotta get to work. I have a client at 11:30." He said.
Once we finally sit down with the doughnuts we eat in silence when Ethan turns to me. "God you are amazing and I'm sorry that Trace messed up."
"Thanks, Ethan! I guess all I can do is move on and see where it takes me and just don't get wrapped up in one person and never fall in love again." I said.
"I know you finally let your guard down and then you get hurt after all. Well, I'm always here for you Morg in any way that you need me." He said leaning over kissing the side of my face.
"Thank you I appreciate it, Ethan. But you better not breathe a word of this or I will deny it big time." I laugh.
"I won't tell. It's our secret. I hate to fuck and run but I gotta go." He said standing up.
"Alright talk later," I said walking him to the door, and then I watched him walk down to the elevator.
I shut the door and locked it and cleaned up the mess and went to the kitchen to scrub the counter. I can't believe what I have just done with Ethan uggh.
I don't know how I am supposed to feel. I told him not to say a word and I hope mom won't be able to tell what we have done.
I went and took a shower to get his smell off of me and I laid in the bed. I just want to sleep and try to focus.
My phone beeps and I hope it's not Trace. When I looked I saw it was Junie.
📱 Hey! Would you like to meet me at the bar and have a drink tomorrow night?
📱 Sounds good! I'll meet you there by 8 pm tomorrow night.
📱 Thanks, Junie I need it!
I lay the phone on the bed and think back to the two guys I've already fucked in two days. I guess I'm on a roll with two guys in two days. Wild Morgan is back and even though I say I don't care I miss Trace so bad.
I close my eyes and take me a decent nap until my phone rings and wakes me up. I turn over and try to see who it is and when I see Trace's name pop I put the phone on silent. I told him to stop messaging me and I can't talk to him.
I finally got myself out of bed and went to the couch to snuggle in a cover and watch tv when my doorbell went off.
I got up and looked out and it was DJ holding a pizza.
I opened the door. "Hey! Did you and Ethan plan this?"
"Umm no, why?"
"He came this morning with breakfast and now you with dinner." I smiled.
"No umm Junie told me what happened and I figured you would be sitting around crying so I came with pizza to cheer you up," I said.
"That's nice of you DJ I really appreciate it." I smile.
I could never hurt DJ or take advantage of him as I did with Ethan this morning. He's too innocent.
"So do you want to talk about it?" He asked.
"Not really here just read his texts," I said handing him my phone.
"Man he didn't even give you a choice huh?" He said.
"No, not really. So I packed up and left."
"Where did you go in a strange place?" He asked.
"I met a friend on the plane and we exchanged numbers so I stayed the night with him and left first thing in the morning," I said.
"Ohh... So have you talked to Trace at all?" He asked.
"Just through text. I told him to leave me alone and don't text me anymore." I said.
"I'm sad for you Morgan I know how much you liked him."
"I loved him, DJ. I opened my heart and loved him and I won't do that anymore."
My doorbell rang and DJ got up to see who it was. "Umm, it's the pregnant girl." He said.
That could be Sunny or Robin... "Let her in please."
It was Sunny when she walked in and smiled. "What are you doing here?"
"I wanted to come by and visit I was worried about you." She smiled sitting down.
"I'm ok. Ethan came by this morning and brought breakfast and then DJ brought pizza. Wait Sunny do you know DJ?" I ask.
"We met at your party." DJ Said.
"Oh okie good. Well DJ has been my friend since birth actually." I laugh.
"Wow, a long time then huh?" Sunny smiled.
"Oh yeah DJ is the best but he's always studying to be a doctor." I smiled.
"A doctor? Wow, that's awesome and I'm sure very hard. What kind of a doctor?" Sunny asked.
"A pediatrician," DJ said.
"Wow, you can be my baby doctor someday." Sunny smiled.
I looked at Sunny and DJ and realized they would be a perfect match. I will be working on that.
They stayed for a couple of hours and we laughed and then I asked DJ if he would take Sunny home since she got a uber over.
I put the rest of the pizza in the fridge and decided to head on to bed.
Trace was still texting me but I just ignored him and got in bed and went to sleep so I could try and work tomorrow.
