HALL – JIMIN POV

'What's all this about mother?' Jungkook inquired as soon as we arrived and he noticed all of the arrangements taking place around him.

'Your father and I had discussed it and decided that it would be best if we hosted a small welcoming party, where we introduced Prince Jimin as your husband.'

I stiffened at this news. I was never one to be fond of parties. They always left me extremely uncomfortable. Wouldn't this open up the gossip and conversations about Jungkook and I, with him marrying a man?

'I thought we agreed on not doing that right away.' Jungkook said, his mood getting worse, if that was even possible.

'This had to happen eventually, Kookie, it is better we get it over with as soon as possible. Besides, Prince Jimin deserves a proper welcoming and this would allow him the rights of his position. He can then travel around the Kingdom and have his freedom to meet our people.' The Queen stated matter of fact.

The King nodded. 'It would be good for him to see how we are rather than relying on all the gossip and hearsay. We are just starting preparations. Invitations will go out in the morning and the party will take place in a couple of days.'

'That is still too early, in my opinion.' Jungkook crossed his arms and threw a disgruntled look in my direction. So far his attitude had much to be desired, but Hwan had warned me about his resistance to change. My thoughts were interrupted by a warm hand on my arm.

Queen: 'Jimin, we've already organized a new wardrobe for you. An outfit for the event will be created especially for you to wear.'

'Yes, your Majesty.' I was used to following orders, so being dressed without being consulted was not a new occurrence for me. She smiled at me with kindness, an odd sensation flowed through me as I naturally distrusted everyone, but I relaxed seeing the similarities between Hwan and the Queen.

'You can call me Charlotte when at home, sweetie.' The Queen stated as she patted my arm affectionately.

'And you call me Jung Hoon,' the King announced with a warm smile.

I returned their smiles thankful at least to be around a loving family for once - excluding Jungkook of course. I flashed him a glance, seeing that he was still pouting. Part of me wanted to grin at his childish antics and part of me wanted to cower at his anger. He was an anomaly.

JUNGKOOK'S POV

The pack would have to be more careful around the palace now that Jimin was here. He had no clue about werewolves, although he obviously had Wolf of his own. He apparently had no idea that his wolf existed and had the smell of one who has yet to shift. I felt my hatred growing towards him more now that he was disrupting everyone's lives with his presence here, but at the same time had this crazy desire to protect him.

He's like a small pup that needs to be taken care of, like my sister's friends. Hwan had a small group of girls that she hangs out with that still have not shifted. They all have that innocent smell that makes you want to baby and protect them.

I think that is this feeling I get from him as well. The ceremony had thrown me completely off guard. Standing there looking at me all innocently, with those sweet eyes and plump lips. I had to ask the master of ceremony to do a full pronunciation to test my theory. I have similar telltale mate signals with Soomin, but with Jimin it was strange...they seemed stronger.

I turned to my Beta, Linda. She was a strong warrior and had a mate, so maybe she would be able to explain this in a better way.

'Is it possible to have two mates?'
