This is a poem i wrote a few years ago after i got saved. I wanted to use this as my opening to show you who i am now. It's like a fast forward to me right now ( don't know if that makes sense though 😅) but anyway let's get into it.

GRACE
How did i become who i am?
How did i manage to come this far?
How did i make it to this point?
How did i do it?
Through the storm, through the weather
The pain, the shame, the suffering
I went through it all
How did i do it?
Sleepless nights, tossing and turning
A river of tears flowing from my eyes
My world falling, crumbling...
How did i do it?
It all started with a story, i think one or two of them
Of how the world began and how a saviour was born
And how salvation of mankind was offered through him
That's how i did it!
I believed and took it by faith
I grabbed hold and never let go
I held on to the the words he said and made it my lifeline
It all started with a story or two but i believed...
Now here i am today
I did it by his Grace!!
