What do you do with your anger?
Me??
I deny it exists for the first 30 minutes of my day
I clean my room and wash the dishes and go back to clean my room some more.It is when I start feeling the fast rhythm of my frantically beating heart, when I start hearing the noise of the blood rushing in my ears and I black out for all of three seconds, that I finally realise
Oh, I think I'm angry and I laughWhat do you do with your anger?
I fight the urge to throw the nearest thing to me at the wall, which always happens to be my phone
I fight the the impulse to grab my mother's orange scissors and cut something. What do you do with your anger?
I whisper a prayer...
I drink a glass of water
I throw paper balls at the wall instead of my phone
I will my anger to leave and maybe try me again later in 30 business days.Wendy💙
