Some of my headcanons:
Xiao would take Venti to a bar and would mostly get drunk, after going to that bar, Xiao would take Venti back to the Windrise Tree at night and lay him on the Tree, so he sleeps peacfully, or lay him on his statue in the city of Mondstat so he can sleep peacefully in his Statue.
Venti puts a Cecelia in His hair for him to always remember Barbatos is always with him, Xiao gives him Almond Tofu in return for it because The same thing as Venti, but The Adepti is always with him.
Xiao always gives Venti a coat on Winter Evenings when going out, although he gets wine on the coat, Xiao always puts it in the Washing Machine so he can still wear it.
Venti makes other foods for Xiao to test, although Xiao hates most foods, He's thankful for Venti making him food all the time.
Xiao has nightmares most of the time with his past, Venti hugs him and brings him a flower from Mondstat so he always knew he's loved.
