Xiao had a huge crush on Venti, but his feelings hadn't done something to him like that before the school years... Venti was very pretty to him and wanted everything to do with him

"OH SHIT, I GOTTA GO TO THE BATHROOM"

"Ok..."

Venti never knew because he was always talking with other people, a popular kid should simplify it

Xiao was throwing up Qixing flowers in the school bathrooms, as expected, flowers fell from his mouth in the school bathroom... he wiped away every speck of evidence because he wanted no one to know what happened

Little did he know... Ganyu was behind the boys bathroom and she saw what happened and acted like nothing ever happened in there, she was gonna confront him about it soon since they planned to stop at his house

Ganyu worried over him because it was a possibility that he wouldn't love him back, Ganyu started predicting the worst that could happen

As school ended, they both went to Xiao's house and hung out, that's when Ganyu decided to ask the question that Xiao wasn't expecting

"...Do you have Hanahaki...?"

"How did you know?"

"I saw you in the school bathrooms... and a flower petal was landed next to the girls stall from the boys stall"

Xiao was speechless but did later tell the full truth and lies, a love that was hid one another...

"Xiao... you must confess sooner or later..."

"Right now isn't the time"

"How long has this been going?"

"2 months..."

"YOU MUST CONFESS SOON, YOU'RE GONNA DIE!!"

"It's has been har-"

Xiao coughed up Qixing flowers again with knowing that he wouldn't survive in a few days, Ganyu was predicting what tomorrows fate led too again...

"Ganyu... If I die, please tell him that I loved him..."

"I will..."

His bed covered with flowers as he got up to get something to eat, they both had a great sleep and night, Xiao knew that tomorrow would be the day he'll die

Xiao and Ganyu went and got breakfast, he wanted to live on longer, but he accepted his fate as he went to school knowing that there wasn't much time to confess to him

They both reached school in time and it was a normal day, Classes, Learning, and Lunch, it was fine until Xiao collapsed down the stairs throwing up flowers, everyone saw the horror as Qixing petals fell down the stairs Ganyu ran to help but Xiao wasn't breating fine, the words she remembered were stuck in her head and Xiao said it again to her as he was dying

"Remember it...?"

"I do"

"I'm sorry I had to leave you like this..."

"I will tell him everything you desire"

"My final words are: I love you Venti... I'll meet you in another life..."

As he collapsed and fell down the stairs, everyone watch as Qixing petals fell out of his mouth and tears fell as the pain killed him serious

He was taken to the hospital unconscious, everyone was crowding the hospital to see him, only to find him dead, everyone cried

Venti went to Ganyu to ask her what happened to Xiao since she was his closest friend he had

"W-what *sniff* happened to Xiao...?"

"He had Hanahaki Disease *sniff* meaning that he would cough/throw up flowers *sniff* if he didn't confess to his crush... he would die, it was one-sided love..."

"Who was his C-crush...?"

"His crush... it was you, he loved you but was scared..."

"Wait... I was his crush... I was blind, I wasn't paying attention, I killed him... I KILLED HIM BECAUSE I WAS BLIND TO HIS FEELINGS, I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING TO STOP IT, I'M FUCKING STUPID AND DUMB!!"

His words pierced his heart and the pain rambled on for a long time, eventually breaking down with a loss of words

That caused him not to go to school for 1 week...

And then found him dead, he later committed suicide due to his pain he felt for not knowing sooner and could've saved it

In the end, we'll never forget that...

And by that, it was long ago... I would die and join them sooner or later if I grow very old, but I don't know if I'm immortal... - Ganyu
