  Kellin's POV
I paced up and down my room, chewing my thumb, how was choosing something to wear so hard? It was six, Vic was picking me up in an hour and a half, and here I am, in nothing but my towel because I can't do the simple task of putting on clothes! I knew I should've said no, I'm just going to be a nervous wreck all night, and he's going to hate me. That or he's going to pity me...I hated people pitying me. The worst of it? Lydia was working and Maude had some family thing she had to go to, so literally the only person I was going to know was Vic, who I barely knew myself. What did I get myself into?

Fifteen minutes later I settled on my Resident Evil Umbrella Corporation t-shirt, my skinny, but not too tight jeans, black DC's and a plain black hoddie. Yeah, that took me at least twenty minutes, I was starting to question if I was born the right gender. I quickly shook the thoughts off and laughing at myself for being an idiot and dried my hair before taming it, or trying to tame it, so it didn't look like a frizzy mess. Sadly, it didn't work so I ended up straightening it, thankfully I'd had it cut the other day, so it wasn't too long and it actually looked good. With a quick glance in that horrible mirror I hated, I decided I was about the best as I was going to get and went to sit on the couch while I waited for Vic. It was seven, so I had half an hour.

Five minutes later there was a ring on my door bell, I looked confused give Vic literally just text me saying he was running a little late.
I shrugged, figuring it would be one of the other people that live in the building, occasionally they'd knock on the door, or ring the bell if they needed help with something, or needed to borrow something. I was only a small block, twenty apartments in total and everyone here seemed okay. No one I would get overly friendly with, but people I now felt comfortable enough around to say hi and have a quick conversation and lend things too. You always got your stuff back, even if it did take a week or so. My favorite person in this block though? Was little Brooke, she was a little one year old girl I would babysit once or twice a week for a bit of extra cash and to help out her mom. Her mom just escaped an alcoholic husband and needed to work to support them both. When I heard, I couldn't help but offer help, I loved kids, and Brooke was an angel. They lived below me, I rarely heard her cries, she was a peaceful baby luckily for her poor mom. I smiled knowing I was going to be looking after her tomorrow afternoon and opened the door.
"Hello?" Now my smile was just a plain confused look, there was no one there. Guessed someone must of got the wrong apartments and ran off. I went to close the door, when suddenly an all black figure jumped out, picking me up, closed the door and started running with me, over their shoulder down the stairs. "PUT ME DOWN!"
"You're coming with me!" A voice, a deep, gruff, frankly scary voice I didn't recognize spoke. He was easily over six foot, no one I knew was over six foot! If I was honest, I was freaked out and scared.
This could not be happening right now, what was even going on? I felt a panic attack starting to rise as things started swimming in my head and my breathing quickened.

Finally once we where out the figure put me down and lifted off his mask, I had no idea who he was, it wasn't a face I recognized, I wanted to run, but I was frozen on the spot.
"Turn around." He demanded.
"Wh-What are..."
The guy just rolled his eyes and chuckled. "Turn around you goof!"
After looking confused for a moment, I did and damn near jumped out of my skin as I was faced with a figure right in front of me.
"Got ya!" The figure laughed. I placed my hand over my racing hard as I panted heavily, my eyes adjusted and there stood Vic, laughing like a mad man. "Oh I'm so sorry Kellin, after the whole threatening to kidnap you I couldn't resist. This is my friend, Austin."
I turned and faced the ridiculous tall, grinning figure. "So, you're Kellin? Vic hasn't shut up about you. And you're right Vic, he's cute as hell. Buttt he's no Alan."
"Oh no of course because noooooo body could be better then your precious little soulless ginger!" Vic spoke sarcastically and rolled his eyes. I was too busy trying to register what just happened to say anything.
"HEY! He's not soulless!" Austin frowned.
"Not anymore because he ate the soul of a baby which is why he whines like one!"
"Oi you starting, because you know I'll finish!" Austin narrowed his eyes at Vic.
"Nah man, just saying." Vic held up his hands in defense and turned to me. "You alright there Kels?"
Kels...I liked him calling me there. "Uh, Yeah, just, uh, please don't do that again."
"I'm sorry, I won't, promise." He smiled and suddenly his arms wrapped around me, causing me to almost instantly relax.
"Alright, alright, get in the damn car." Austin sighed. "And no making out in my back seat yeah?"
"No promises!" Vic grinned cheekily, causing me to flush a bright red.
"Victor...."
"Austinnnnnn, you and Alan made out in the back of mine before..."
"But you hadn't asked us not too...I've asked you not too...therefore...don't."
"Whatever smartass! Get in Kels." He opened the back passenger door, after hesitating for a moment I climbed in, followed by Vic as Austin got in the drivers seat. "Sorry, I had to ask Austin to drive us because my car decided to die on me this morning, I won't get it back until Monday."
"Oh, it's okay." I gave Vic a small smile.
"To fireworks Jeeves!"
"Call me Jeeves again, I'll deck ya!" Austin chuckled as he pulled away from my apartment.
