Luke's POV.

"Weird." I mumbled.
Mia looked over at me. "What's weird?"
I sat up. "Well, this. All of this. It's been so weird."
She sat up as well, frowning at me.
"Like, what went down between us, Michael and Ruby, Madison, Ashton, Calum...everyone." I shrugged. "Looking back, it's really weird."
Mia shrugged. "I guess."
"Well?"
"Well what?"
"Don't you have anything to say about it?" I frowned. Mia sighed and hugged her knees.
"Honestly? I think the worst part was when you were with Madison."
"Well what about you and Calum? I hated seeing you two together. All happy and mushy. I didn't know I had a thing for you, I always thought I was just jealous. Jealous that I didn't have someone to call mine." I sighed.
"Well..." Mia sighed and took my hand. "Now you do."
I looked at her and frowned. "Wait, really?"
She nodded. "Of course, Luke. I wouldn't have it any other way. We've known each other our whole lives, you know how to treat a girl right and you need someone by your side. I'm here for you."
I smiled at her, intertwining our fingers. "I wouldn't have it any other way either. And I'm here for you too. Always."
Mia smiled and looked down. I leaned forward and kissed her temple. "Always."
"So are we a thing now?" Mia asked, looking back up at me.
"Uh. Not sure." I chuckled, rubbing the backo of my neck. "We haven't even been on a date yet."
Mia nodded and looked back down.
"But you know...there's still us."
She smiled. "So. there's an us now?"
I laughed and nodded. "Of course."
She looked at me. "Good. At least we're something."
"Yeah."
Mia sighed. "I still can't believe I ever dated Calum. He's such a dick."
"I guess." I shrugged.
"You were right about him."
"I was? Noo." I rolled my eyes and laughed.
Mia giggled and rolled her eyes. "Shut up. Yes, you were."
I wrapped my arm around her and she leaned into me. "I'm so glad I ended up with you."
I smiled. "Me too."
