Mia's POV.

.

On Monday, Calum dropped me home from school. He parked in front of my house and sighed. "Uh, we're here."

I nodded and got my bag. "Right. Thanks for the ride, Calum."

He nodded back but grabbed my arm gently. "Can I kiss you? We hardly do anymore-"

I pressed my lips to his, cupping his cheek with my hand. "Well, bye."

Calum took my hand and rubbed small circles into in gently with his thumb. "Mia, I'm worried about you."

"Why? I'm fine. Luke keeps his distance, don't worry."

"Yeah, but...we hardly ever spend time together anymore." He sighed.

"How about you come in and watch a movie with me?" I suggested.

"Or...we could stay in here." Calum shrugged and leaned forward, pressing his lips to mine.

I kissed him back softly and after a few minutes, pulled away. "Okay, I have to go now. Bye." I waved and got out the car.

He drove off as I unlocked the door and threw my bag in my room. I knocked on Luke's bedroom door. "Luke? I'm back." Nothing. I tried again. "Luke? Open up, it's just me." I twisted the doorknob and opened the door.

Luke was curled up in his bed, snoring quietly. I giggled and lay next to him, taking his hand. "Mia..." He mumbled before wrapping his arms around me. I blushed a little as he leant up and kissed my cheek.

"Tired?" I asked, sitting up. He nodded and sat up with me, rubbing his eyes.

"Long day. Trust me, you don't wanna know." Luke answered.

I smiled and rested my head on his chest. "Okay."

"So...how's Calum?" He asked, rubbing the back of his neck awkwardly.

"Good. Why do you want to know?" I giggled.

"Don't know."

"The rehearsal dinner's tomorrow. I feel so bad about lying."

Luke sat up straighter. "You lied to him?"

I nodded and hung my head. He laughed.

"Oh my god, you lied to him. I love you."

Love.

I cleared my throat and shrugged. "They are pretty boring. Even though I have to go to one. And you do too. Did you get your tux?"

"God, what is this. Prom?" He laughed, taking my hand. "Not yet. Do I have to go? He doesn't even like me, nor do I like him."

I shook my head and snuggled into his chest. "Please? For me?"

I felt his heart beat a little faster and frowned. "Luke?" I giggled.

"Uh, yeah. Okay, fine." He blushed a little.

I kissed his jaw and snuggled back down.

I sat in my room alone with Ruby while Michael and Ashton were with Luke in his room. "So why don't we all just hang out together?"

"Because I need to talk to you about the wedding." I told her. Her face lit up.

"Good. We need to discuss your dress, your shoes, your hair-"

"No, it's about Calum." I sighed. "And Luke."

"Oh. You're going with Calum, aren't you?"

"Well, yeah. But I asked if Luke could come too. And Delilah. I would've gotten bored there." I shrugged.

"Right. We're coming right?" Ruby checked, thinking of her, Michael and Ashton.

"Of course." I nodded.

"Okay. Well, what about them?"

"It's just-I don't know. I think Calum thinks I like Luke or something, but only agreed to inviting him because of me."

"Oh...right." Ruby sighed. "So, you're saying he's jealous?"

"I don't know, maybe?" I sighed back.

She nodded quietly.

"What now?"

"I don't know." I shrugged.

We didn't say anything until a knock came on the door.

"Come in." I sighed.
