Mia's POV

Later on, I made some macaroni cheese for dinner and settled down on the sofa, ready to watch TV. Today was my day, since Luke, Michael and Ashton kept Delilah busy by taking her out for pizza.
I watched some old reruns of How I Met Your Mother then felt my phone vibrate next to me. This time, I looked at the caller ID and saw Calum's face show up on the screen. "Calum? Uh, yeah. Hey. No, I'm just watching some TV. Yeah, um, Luke took Delilah out for dinner with Ashton and Michael, so I'm home alone. Liz and Andrew are gone for two days." I spoke into the phone.
"Well, okay. Should I come over? I'm getting really bored." Calum sighed.
"Sure. Just, make sure you get here by 8:30. If Luke's already home he'll just cause more trouble." I explained, hanging up after saying our goodbyes. I put my phone down and continued staring at the TV.
Half an hour later, Calum showed up. He leaned down and pressed his lips to mine, cold and wet from the pouring rain against my dry and warm ones.
"Hey gorgeous," He said against my lips, smiling. "It's freezing outside."
I pulled away and closed the door. "Yeah, I can tell."
He laughed and sat down next to me on the sofa, throwing his arm around my shoulder. I snuggled into his chest while he kissed my forehead lightly, keeping me warm.
I heard the door open from behind and looked up to see a sleeping Delilah on Michael's back and Ashton closing the door.
"Sorry. She fell asleep before we knew it." Ashton explained, watching Michael take Delilah upstairs to bed and letting Luke grab his arm and drag him upstairs.
"Come on," He grumbled at Ashton, not even looking at Calum.
"But wait-" Ashton frowned then shut up immediately when Luke shot him a glare.
They went up without another word and I heard a door slam shut.
I sighed and gave Calum a kiss on the cheek before closing my eyes and falling asleep on his shoulder.

The next morning, I woke up only to find out that Calum had already left. I sighed and got off the couch, standing up and stretching. I scratched my eyes as I walked up the stairs, letting out a loud yawn.
As I passed Delilah's room, I could hear quiet snores, meaning she was still asleep. I figured Luke was probably still asleep too, so I walked to the bathroom quietly and freshened up quickly.
I tip toed back to my room afterwards, changing out of my pyjamas. I put on some light makeup after changing my clothes and took a step back, looking at myself in the mirror. I made sure I looked presentable before walking out of my room and back downstairs.
I walked into the kitchen and, to my surprise, Luke was already standing by the counter, eating a granola bar while staring down at his phone.
"Morning." I yawned quietly, which caused Luke to jump in surprise, almost dropping his phone in the process.
"Oh, it's you. Morning." He mumbled then looked back down at his phone quickly.
Just as I was walking to the fridge to grab some milk, my phone buzzed on the table. I must have left it lying there the other night.
I walked over and picked it up, sliding my finger across the screen to unlock it. I opened my messages and saw a text from Calum.

Morning, gorgeous. How did you sleep? xx
I smiled at the text then replied.

From: Me
Good, and you? xx
I got a response a few seconds later.

To: Me
Great. Sorry about leaving early, my mom wanted me back.
To: Cal<3
From: Me
It's okay. What are you doing?
From: Cal<3
To: Me
Nothing much, just woke up. You?
To: Cal<3
From: Me
Was just about to have breakfast haha.

Why don't we grab breakfast together? Then we can hang out at the park (:

From: Me
Sounds like a plan. I'll meet you outside the cafe by your house in fifteen? xx

I slipped my phone into my back pocket and looked at Luke. "I'm going out."
"Where?" He looked up quickly.
"Out to get breakfast with Calum." I shrugged. "I'll be back in about two hours, okay?"
"Oh. Right. Sure." He rolled his eyes then looked back down at his phone. I sighed and shook my head, walking out of the kitchen.
I decided to walk since it was a nice day and Calum only lived a few blocks away from here. I looked at myself one last time in the mirror before leaving the house.

As soon as I walked into the cafe, I spotted Calum sitting at a small booth in the corner with two mugs on the table in front of him. I smiled to myself and walked over, taking my seat across him.
"Morning." I smiled at him.
"Morning, Mia." Calum chuckled softly and handed me a mug. "Are you sure you slept okay? I feel like I hogged the couch last night."
I giggled softly and shook my head, taking a sip of my coffee. "No, I slept just fine. Thanks for asking."
"Good." Calum laughed and leaned back. Today he was wearing a grey sweater with black skinny jeans ripped at the knees. He always looked so good, he didn't even have to try.
I took in all his beautiful features and sighed in content. There was his dark, tousled hair. Then his chocolate brown eyes that could make any girl go weak at the knees if she stared into them for more than three seconds. His perfect pink lips that were so warm and soft against mine. His amazing fashion sense (that boy can dress better than me any day) which always included sweaters, band tees, plain t-shirts, skinny jeans, Vans, wristbands. He was also just really cute. His perfect smile and his laugh that I could listen to all day. He had a sweet, caring and loving personality. He was so friendly and charismatic. Everything about him was just beautiful.
What did I do to get the most amazing boyfriend ever? How did I get so lucky?
