23. Care for you

He did it without knowing my choice. Quickly he wiped away the toothpaste that I didn’t get to spit out.

“Y/n are you okay? Your face is pure red” he said wondering if I was fine or sick, how caring for him to even ask. He made me blush hardcore hearing that his intention was the total opposite from what I had in mind.

“Yeah I think I might have an allergy, but I took my pills,” I said not lying since I do react badly when I have an allergic reaction, but now it’s Jeno who caused the heat in me and making my heart pound faster than ever.

“Since you didn’t get time to change or choose your outfit, how about we start the day off with finding you clothes?” he asked polity with his warm and sweet smile which made me worry a bit about his life. Jeno has a daily schedule that he needs to keep track of, or he will lose way too much on me.

“Jeno, you have to follow your agenda, don’t worry about me” I spoke with a sweet voice and used my regular voice trying to convince Jeno not to care for me, at least not today.

“No, I don’t start before two hours maybe,” he said making it clear that he has a lot of time. Well, I see where this is going, shopping with a famous actor is crossed out of my bucket list. Jeno, I hope he didn’t push his time two hours later just to spend it with me.

“Did you make the two-hour push for me?” I asked with a tiny voice trying to no look him in the eye because I rather look away showing no respect than show respect and let him hear my heart beating out in space.

“Yeah, I wanted us to have a fine time before you just follow me around set or just sit there watching me do my work for almost a whole day” he replied. The way he spoke and thought of it all or at least the start knowing I will waste my time, made me just realize that he is such a caring and loving person. 

“Jeno, I….I feel like you care a lot for me and I don’t know if that’s your true intention, but I appreciate it a lot” I spoke out of insecurity thinking that he might laugh at me for saying something that comes from my heart.

Jeno isn’t the type to laugh at someone when they are being honest and coming out of their comfort zone, or I believe so. “I will always care for you no matter what and I think you will also start to care for me even more” he replied starting the car engine and I took my seatbelt on for safety.

Somehow I believe in his words without knowing what would happen to us. I don’t believe them because Jeno looks like a person you can trust, but I believe in them because I want them to be true.

“Looks like we will go and shop for some items of clothing for me then and you!” I spoke back having a wide and huge smile on my face just thinking about us soon having great times together, that I will remember forever.
